Hey Cyril, erz\u00e4hl uns ein wenig von deinem beruflichen Hintergrund.<\/b><\/h2>\r\n

Ich bin in Paris aufgewachsen, habe mein Abitur gemacht und dann als Kundendienstspezialist angefangen zu arbeiten. Nach 12 Jahren in diesem Bereich, in denen ich vom Teamleiter zum Leiter des Kundendienstbereichs in einem Berliner Startup aufgestiegen bin, hatte ich das Gef\u00fchl, dass es Zeit f\u00fcr eine Ver\u00e4nderung war.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

Ich stie\u00df auf das Le Wagon Bootcamp und dachte sofort, dass dies mein n\u00e4chster Karriereschritt sein k\u00f6nnte.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

Wie war deine Erfahrung mit dem Le Wagon Bootcamp?<\/b><\/h2>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\nDas Bootcamp selbst ist eine ziemliche Herausforderung, weil es so viele Eingaben, Kenntnisse und Tipps gibt, die du in kurzer Zeit verarbeiten musst. Aber als das Ende des Bootcamps n\u00e4her r\u00fcckte und ich den Datensatz f\u00fcr unsere Abschlussprojekt bereinigte, fielen pl\u00f6tzlich alle im Bootcamp gelernten F\u00e4higkeiten an ihren Platz, und ich versp\u00fcrte einen riesigen Moment der Zufriedenheit. Es war das erste Mal, dass ich nicht die ganze Zeit \u00fcber die Syntax nachdachte, sondern einfach programmierte, w\u00e4hrend ich mich auf das Endziel konzentrierte.\r\n\r\n<\/div>\r\n

Was hast du nach dem Bootcamp gemacht?<\/h2>\r\n

Meine Erfahrung best\u00e4rkte mich darin, dass dies das ist, was ich jeden Tag tun m\u00f6chte. Da ich auch neugierig und interessiert daran war, im Bereich Fintech zu arbeiten, bewarb ich mich bei N26. Nach 6 Monaten Jobsuche lud mich N26 zu einem Vorstellungsgespr\u00e4ch ein. Ich war sehr dankbar, weil dieses Unternehmen tats\u00e4chlich zu meinen Favoriten geh\u00f6rte. Die durch das Bootcamp erworbenen Coding-F\u00e4higkeiten und das gewonnene Selbstvertrauen spielten eine gro\u00dfe Rolle im Bewerbungsprozess. Dank des Bootcamps machte ich bei dem technischen Teil des Vorstellungsgespr\u00e4chs, einer explorativen Analyse eines Datensatzes mit mehreren Tabellen und einem Jupyter Notebook in Python, einen wirklich guten Job. N26 entschied sich, mir den Job anzubieten, und ich begann offiziell im Februar 2022 als Junior Data Analyst im Operation Data Analytics Team zu arbeiten.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

Was machst du als Data Analyst bei N26?<\/h2>\r\nDer beste Teil meiner Position ist die Vielfalt der Aufgaben und Programme, die verwendet werden. Es reicht von der Erstellung von Transformationsmodellen und der Optimierung von Abfragen bis zur Datenvisualisierung und der Erstellung interaktiver Dashboards. Ich arbeite mit verschiedenen Teams zusammen, sowohl technischen als auch nicht-technischen, wie Data Engineers, Business Intelligence Analysts oder Salesforce Engineers, um nur einige zu nennen.Bei der Arbeit verwende ich haupts\u00e4chlich SQL und Python, und mein Job wird fast immer die Manipulation von Tabellen mit Millionen von Zeilen und Dutzenden (wenn nicht Hunderten) von Spalten beinhalten. Ich kann dir nicht sagen warum, aber aus irgendeinem Grund macht mich das wirklich gl\u00fccklich. In meinem Job kann ich auch auf meine Erfahrungen im Kundenservice zur\u00fcckgreifen, da ich oft an Leistungsindikatoren f\u00fcr Kundenservice und Bankbetriebsanalysen sowie an der Analyse von bankbezogenen Produkten arbeite.\r\n

Ich bin sehr zufrieden damit, was ich in knapp einem Jahr in meinem ersten Tech-Job gelernt habe, aber ich habe auch schnell ein Gesp\u00fcr f\u00fcr die gro\u00dfe Menge an Dingen bekommen, die noch zu lernen und zu beherrschen sind, was manchmal frustrierend sein kann.
