\r\n\r\nPaulina ist nicht nur Studentin, sondern auch Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrerin der Female Founders Night, einer Diskussionsplattform \u00fcber die Rolle der Frau in der Gesellschaft mit Schwerpunkt auf Bereichen wie Unternehmertum, Politik und Kunst. Sie hat im August 2019 ihren Abschluss an der #269batch in Oslo gemacht. Wir haben Paulina ein paar Fragen zu ihrer Bootcamp-Erfahrung gestellt.\r\n

1) Warum hast du dich f\u00fcr den Le Wagon Web Development Kurs entschieden?<\/h3>\r\nNachdem ich mein Studium der Soziologie, Politik und Wirtschaft begonnen hatte, wuchs meine Neugier auf das Zusammenspiel zwischen den laufenden technischen Entwicklungen und den damit einhergehenden sozio\u00f6konomischen Ver\u00e4nderungen. Ich wurde extrem neugierig auf Technik und wollte besser verstehen, wie diese Technologien entwickelt und programmiert werden.\r\n\r\n<\/div>\r\n

2) Was war deiner Meinung nach der interessanteste Teil des Bootcamps?<\/h3>\r\n
Das st\u00e4ndige Lernen neuer Dinge: durch Vortr\u00e4ge, Gastredner:innen, Geschichten und Erfahrungen, die von Lehrer:innen und Student:innen geteilt wurden. Trotz der unterschiedlichen Hintergr\u00fcnde der Teilnehmenden hat Le Wagon es allen erm\u00f6glicht, sich in ihrem individuellen Tempo zu entwickeln. Einer der Hauptgr\u00fcnde, warum mir dieses Programm so gut gefallen hat, ist die M\u00f6glichkeit, sich jeden Tag aufs Neue herauszufordern und Neues zu lernen. Was mich erstaunt hat, war die Vielfalt der Lernm\u00f6glichkeiten. Neben den t\u00e4glichen Lektionen und Lernkarten gab es immer wieder die M\u00f6glichkeit, sich \u00fcber Themen zu informieren, die Lehrkr\u00e4fte zu fragen oder sich einfach mit den Kommilitonen zu unterhalten.<\/div>\r\n

Ich studiere derzeit an der Universit\u00e4t, habe also noch etwas Zeit, bevor ich mir einen Job suche. Das Programmieren wird auf jeden Fall meine Leidenschaft bleiben, und Le Wagon hat mir eine Vielzahl neuer Karrierem\u00f6glichkeiten im technischen Bereich aufgezeigt, so dass ich sehr aufgeregt und offen bin, in Zukunft verschiedene Optionen zu erkunden.<\/div>\r\n

Unsere Vortr\u00e4ge und Diskussionsrunden befassen sich mit Themen, die von sozialem Unternehmertum \u00fcber Achtsamkeit, Kunst und die Tech-Szene bis hin zu weiblichem Empowerment reichen. Wir wollen starke, selbstbewusste Frauen f\u00fcr alle sichtbar machen und das Stigma, das Gr\u00fcnderinnen umgibt, aufbrechen. Unternehmertum hat viele Facetten; wir definieren Unternehmertum als einen Pioniergeist, der bestehende Grenzen in Frage stellt.<\/div>\r\n

5) Wie w\u00fcrdest du den Le Wagon Web Development Kurs<\/a> jemandem beschreiben, der noch nie davon geh\u00f6rt hat?<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n
Le Wagon ist eine Chance. Alle, die sich entscheiden, an diesem Programmierkurs teilzunehmen, werden mit einer Menge Wissen \u00fcber Programmierung nach Hause gehen. Aber was noch wichtiger ist: Es ist eine Chance, 9 Wochen in sich selbst zu investieren und sich voll und ganz auf seine pers\u00f6nliche Entwicklung zu konzentrieren. Ich war erstaunt \u00fcber das hohe Ma\u00df an Motivation in der Gruppe und die Anstrengungen, die alle unternommen haben, um sich zu verbessern. Ich habe das Gef\u00fchl, dass dieser interdisziplin\u00e4re Lernansatz einem eine Anleitung und ein sehr stabiles Fundament an Wissen, Netzwerken und Erfahrungen bietet: Was man daraus macht, liegt an einem selbst.
