3 Octobre 2016, Victor Prigent<\/a> int\u00e8gre le batch#39 du Wagon Lille<\/em> avec un seul objectif : \u00eatre capable de d\u00e9velopper l\u2019id\u00e9e qu\u2019il a en t\u00eate depuis longtemps, cr\u00e9er une application permettant aux copropri\u00e9taires de g\u00e9rer leur immeuble sans passer par un syndic professionnel.<\/div>

A la recherche d\u2019un CTO<\/strong><\/h2>

L\u2019histoire commence sur les bancs de l\u2019\u00e9cole : Victor et Rapha\u00ebl Di Meglio<\/a>, deux amis de l\u2019ESCP r\u00eavent d\u2019entrepreneuriat. A force d\u2019\u00e9changer de longues heures sur diff\u00e9rentes probl\u00e9matiques de tous les jours, une question revenait sans cesse : comment redonner le pouvoir aux copropri\u00e9taires sur la gestion de leur immeuble ?<\/em><\/div>

L\u2018id\u00e9e \u00e9tait lanc\u00e9e et l\u2019envie d\u2019entreprendre ensemble sur ce sujet devenait de plus en plus \u00e9vidente. <\/strong>Matera<\/span><\/a> commen\u00e7ait \u00e0 prendre vie.<\/strong><\/div>

N\u2019ayant tous les deux aucune connaissance technique, il \u00e9tait primordial d\u2019acqu\u00e9rir des comp\u00e9tences afin de mieux conna\u00eetre le produit <\/strong>pour ensuite convaincre un CTO<\/strong> de rejoindre l\u2019aventure. C\u2019est \u00e0 ce moment l\u00e0 que Victor se retrouve au Wagon Lille<\/a>.

9 semaines au Wagon Lille<\/strong><\/h2>

Arrive la 4\u00e8me semaine du bootcamp et chaque \u00e9tudiant doit pitcher une id\u00e9e. Victor se lance et explique pourquoi d\u00e9velopper une application telle que Matera fait sens. Son objectif \u00e9tait simple : convaincre les \u00e9tudiants d\u2019\u00e9lire son projet afin de pouvoir d\u00e9velopper une premi\u00e8re version pendant les deux derni\u00e8res semaines du batch<\/strong>. Pari r\u00e9ussi.<\/div>

La 8\u00e8me et la 9\u00e8me semaine, il d\u00e9veloppe la V0 de Matera avec Romuald Escande<\/a>, qu\u2019ils pr\u00e9senteront lors du demoday. A la sortie du Wagon, Victor continue d\u2019am\u00e9liorer cette version et les premiers clients sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 l\u00e0. Quelques mois plus tard, Victor et Rapha\u00ebl arrivent \u00e0 convaincre un CTO passionn\u00e9 par leur projet : J\u00e9r\u00e9my Krebs<\/a> rejoint l\u2019\u00e9quipe de fondateurs.<\/div>

2017 : Naissance de Matera<\/strong><\/h2>

Apr\u00e8s plusieurs mois de travail acharn\u00e9, les 3 associ\u00e9s sortent enfin une version plus compl\u00e8te de Matera<\/strong> : l\u2019aventure s\u2019intensifie !<\/div>

D\u00e9velopper une plateforme collaborative qui permet aux copropri\u00e9t\u00e9s de s\u2019autog\u00e9rer, r\u00e9alisant ainsi une \u00e9conomie sur leurs charges allant jusqu\u2019\u00e0 50%, tout en favorisant la convivialit\u00e9 entre voisins n\u2019est pas chose simple. Le challenge est de taille car la Team de Matera doit permettre \u00e0 des utilisateurs d\u00e9butants de faire simplement des choses plus ou moins complexes <\/strong>comme de la comptabilit\u00e9, mener et organiser des assembl\u00e9es g\u00e9n\u00e9rales, etc.<\/div>

Pour relever ce d\u00e9fi, les 3 fondateurs ont su s\u2019entourer d\u2019une \u00e9quipe technique solide<\/strong> avec des d\u00e9veloppeurs seniors qui transmettent quotidiennement leurs connaissances aux juniors. Romuald, bin\u00f4me de Victor au Wagon, a m\u00eame rejoint l\u2019\u00e9quipe quelques mois plus tard.<\/strong>

2018 : La suite<\/strong><\/h2>

Apr\u00e8s seulement 1 an d\u2019existence, la startup vient de boucler une lev\u00e9e de fonds de 1,5million d\u2019euros. <\/strong>Une op\u00e9ration qui lui permettra d\u2019enrichir sa plateforme avec de nouvelles fonctionnalit\u00e9s<\/strong> financi\u00e8res, juridiques et op\u00e9rationnelles.<\/div>

Focus sur le produit et sur ses utilisateurs, la startup va \u00e9toffer son \u00e9quipe commerciale et y int\u00e9grer de nouveaux experts pour r\u00e9pondre aux questions sp\u00e9cifiques de ses clients, \u00e0 commencer par des juristes et des comptables pour g\u00e9rer les impay\u00e9s et les questions d\u2019assurances . Aussi, l\u2019\u00e9quipe technique va \u00e9galement s\u2019agrandir<\/strong><\/a> <\/strong>afin de r\u00e9pondre aux diff\u00e9rents objectifs de la plateforme. Actuellement 15, l\u2019\u00e9quipe<\/strong> devrait doubler cette ann\u00e9e<\/strong>. Affaire \u00e0 suivre : )<\/div>
