Qu\u2019est ce qui t\u2019a conduit \u00e0 faire Le Wagon en 2016 ?<\/h3>
Quand je me suis inscrit au Wagon, je sortais d'\u00e9cole de commerce et je voulais travailler dans le digital. J\u2019avais rencontr\u00e9 plusieurs personnes du secteur qui m\u2019avaient dit que savoir coder c\u2019\u00e9tait un vrai plus aujourd\u2019hui mais que dans 10 ans tout le monde saurait coder et que ce serait un handicap, dans ce secteur, de ne pas savoir coder. En parall\u00e8le, j\u2019avais envie d\u2019entreprendre depuis toujours et je me suis dit que ce bagage technique pourrait me permettre de me lancer tr\u00e8s vite le moment venu.

Tu avais d\u00e9j\u00e0 l\u2019id\u00e9e de LiveTonight en t\u00eate avant de venir au Wagon ?<\/h3>
Non ! J\u2019\u00e9tais passionn\u00e9 de musique live et je regrettais qu\u2019elle ne soit pas plus pr\u00e9sente en France. A la fin du Wagon, on doit bosser sur un projet et d\u00e9velopper en 2 semaines un MVP<\/strong>. J\u2019ai choisi de d\u00e9velopper une plateforme qui mettait en relation des bars et des musiciens pour m\u2019\u00e9clater. Sauf qu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019issue des 2 semaines de code intensif, je me suis rendu compte que j\u2019avais un produit qui tenait la route<\/strong> alors je me suis dit \u201cpourquoi ne pas essayer de faire connaitre LiveTonight <\/a>maintenant que j\u2019ai un site !\u201c.
Pratique de pouvoir mettre les mains dans le code !<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/a><\/div>

Un MVP d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 pendant la phase projet du bootcamp et apr\u00e8s ? (Tu nous r\u00e9sumes les 2 ann\u00e9es qui viennent de s\u2019\u00e9couler)<\/h3>
A l\u2019issue du Wagon j\u2019avais donc un MVP<\/strong>. J\u2019ai trouv\u00e9 un associ\u00e9, un ami \u00e0 moi passionn\u00e9 de musique, et on a lanc\u00e9 la premi\u00e8re version de LiveTonight en novembre 2016 (le temps de continuer de d\u00e9velopper quelques fonctionnalit\u00e9s sur le site, de faire s\u2019inscrire quelques musiciens et de bosser sur les quelques trucs l\u00e9gaux qui accompagnent toute cr\u00e9ation d\u2019entreprise). Apr\u00e8s quelques mois de travail, on s\u2019est rendu compte qu\u2019on ne vivrait jamais de LiveTonight dans sa forme actuelle, le Product Market Fit n'\u00e9tait pas bon.
Mais on tenait \u00e0 l'id\u00e9e et s\u2019est rendu compte en bossant dessus que, sur le march\u00e9 de la musique live dans son ensemble, il y avait trois probl\u00e8mes en France: la difficult\u00e9 de trouver le groupe de musique id\u00e9al pour son \u00e9v\u00e9nement, la difficult\u00e9 de l\u2019engager l\u00e9galement et la difficult\u00e9 de le financer. <\/strong>
On a donc \u201cpivot\u00e9\u201d pour cr\u00e9er une plateforme qui r\u00e9pond \u00e0 ces trois probl\u00e9matiques et pass\u00e9 des mois \u00e0 \u00e9changer avec des musiciens et avec nos premiers clients pour construire un produit qui leur correspond. Puis, la mayonnaise a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 prendre et aujourd\u2019hui on en vit, l\u2019\u00e9quipe s\u2019agrandit et on vient de racheter nos concurrents !<\/div>


Avec le recul, apprendre \u00e0 coder t\u2019a apport\u00e9 quoi dans ton parcours d\u2019entrepreneur ?<\/h3>
Si je n\u2019avais pas su coder, j\u2019aurais du \u00e0 faire appel \u00e0 un freelance et la premi\u00e8re version du site m\u2019aurait co\u00fbt\u00e9 20 000 euros. Si on compte les fonctionnalit\u00e9s en plus et le gros pivot de l\u2019entreprise, \u00e7a nous aurait co\u00fbt\u00e9 tr\u00e8s, tr\u00e8s cher ! Autrement dit, sans ce bagage technique que m\u2019a donn\u00e9 le Wagon, LiveTonight ne serait s\u00fbrement pas n\u00e9 et ne serait quoiqu\u2019il arrive pas l\u00e0 o\u00f9 on en est aujourd\u2019hui.<\/strong> M\u00eame si aujourd\u2019hui je ne code plus, cette comp\u00e9tence technique m\u2019accompagnera toujours, notamment pour faciliter mes \u00e9changes avec le CTO: le produit sur internet est central et savoir coder devient indispensable, que l\u2019on soit dev ou non.

Un conseil pour les entrepreneurs en devenir ?<\/h3>
Sur la partie technique, il est indispensable de savoir coder ou d\u2019\u00eatre associ\u00e9 avec quelqu\u2019un qui sait coder<\/strong>. Un projet pivote en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral pas mal de fois avant de trouver sa forme finale; si on doit payer des freelances \u00e0 chaque fois, cela co\u00fbte trop cher et ce n\u2019est pas viable.
Sur la partie entrepreneuriat en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, il faut \u00eatre hyper passionn\u00e9 et tr\u00e8s, tr\u00e8s motiv\u00e9<\/strong>. Une fois encore, un projet connait en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de tr\u00e8s nombreux \u00e9checs et d\u2019innombrables d\u00e9sillusions; c\u2019est ce qui conduit \u00e0 remettre le projet en question et \u00e0 adapter le produit pour qu\u2019il r\u00e9ponde \u00e0 une vraie probl\u00e9matique. Il faut savoir rebondir sur tous ces \u00e9checs et si l\u2019on n\u2019est pas passionn\u00e9 et ultra d\u00e9termin\u00e9, l\u2019envie d\u2019abandonner prendra le dessus et l\u2019aventure s\u2019arr\u00eatera avant de s\u2019\u00eatre concr\u00e9tis\u00e9e.
