Peux-tu revenir sur ton parcours ?<\/strong><\/div>

Mon background est plut\u00f4t tourn\u00e9 vers l'h\u00f4tellerie. J\u2019ai \u00e9t\u00e9 dipl\u00f4m\u00e9 de l'\u00c9cole H\u00f4teli\u00e8re de Lausanne en 2013 et depuis j\u2019ai co-fond\u00e9 plusieurs entreprises. J\u2019ai toujours mont\u00e9 des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s dans le web, mais sans aucune connaissance en code, ce qui \u00e9tait pour le coup assez frustrant !<\/div>

Avais-tu d\u00e9j\u00e0 commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 apprendre \u00e0 coder?<\/strong><\/div>

Le code m\u2019a toujours int\u00e9ress\u00e9, mais c\u2019est un domaine tellement vaste que se lancer peut sembler un peu effrayant au premier abord. J\u2019ai d\u00e9couvert le code avec les bases d'HTML et du CSS mais surtout en discutant avec nos \u00e9quipes techniques qui prenaient le temps de m\u2019expliquer la logique derri\u00e8re ce qu\u2019ils \u00e9taient en train de coder.<\/div>

Pourquoi as-tu d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de choisir Le Wagon ?<\/strong><\/div>

Au moment ou j\u2019ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de rejoindre Le wagon, j\u2019\u00e9tais entre deux soci\u00e9t\u00e9s. Et j\u2019avais d\u00e9j\u00e0 en t\u00eate une id\u00e9e pour la prochaine : un produit 100% tech assez complexe (d\u00e9sormais live, www.amenitiz.io<\/a>). Il \u00e9tait donc hyper important pour moi de savoir coder. D\u2019une part pour pouvoir cr\u00e9er l\u2019outil mais aussi plus tard pour pouvoir suivre nos \u00e9quipes techniques et avoir une r\u00e9elle compr\u00e9hension de leurs enjeux. Je trouve qu\u2019il est tr\u00e8s compliqu\u00e9 d\u2019\u00eatre un bon product manager sans aucune connaissance technique.<\/div>

J\u2019avais deux ambitions en m\u2019inscrivant au Wagon, la premi\u00e8re \u00e9tait de pouvoir coder l\u2019id\u00e9e de Saas que j\u2019avais, ce qui est d\u00e9sormais un challenge relev\u00e9 ! La seconde \u00e9tait de trouver un associ\u00e9 technique pour rejoindre l\u2019aventure.

Amenitiz \u00e9tant un projet assez complexe techniquement, il \u00e9tait important pour moi que nous soyons deux associ\u00e9s tech ! Cette attente fut une fois de plus combl\u00e9e, puisque j\u2019y ai rencontr\u00e9 Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric qui a rejoint Amenitiz d\u00e8s sa cr\u00e9ation.

Je n\u2019ai pas eu de gros challenge en soi, c\u2019\u00e9tait plus un challenge du quotidien. Chaque jour, on commence un nouveau sujet et il faut donc bien avoir assimil\u00e9 le sujet de la veille car on n\u2019y reviendra pas plus tard. Donc mon challenge \u00e9tait d\u2019assimiler toutes les connaissances en 24h pour \u00eatre capable d'attaquer le lendemain.<\/div>

Quels sont tes conseils pour tirer un maximum du bootcamp ?<\/strong><\/div>

Premi\u00e8rement, ne rater aucun jour de cours ! Chaque journ\u00e9e compte et on peut \u00eatre perdu rapidement. Deuxi\u00e8me conseil, ne pas h\u00e9siter \u00e0 poser des questions, aux professeurs mais \u00e9galement aux autres \u00e9tudiants ! Ce qui est top au Wagon c\u2019est la bienveillance des uns envers les autres, et communiquer avec d\u2019autres developpeurs en devenir permet souvent de d\u00e9bloquer une situation !<\/div>

Peux-tu nous en dire plus sur ta startup Amenitiz ?<\/strong><\/div>

Amenitiz<\/a> est un Saas qui permet aux propri\u00e9taires d\u2019h\u00f4tels de cr\u00e9er un site internet sans aucune connaissance informatique. Nous avons donc mont\u00e9 notre propre CMS, ce qui est hyper ambitieux quand on sort fraichement d\u2019un bootcamp comme Le Wagon. Nous avons \u00e9galement construit notre propre syst\u00e8me de r\u00e9servation qui est directement int\u00e9gr\u00e9 dans le site de l\u2019h\u00f4tel. L\u2019id\u00e9e \u00e9tant de centraliser tous les besoins digitaux d\u2019un h\u00f4telier sur une seule et m\u00eame plateforme. <\/div>

Au lancement du produit, l\u2019acquisition s\u2019est d\u00e9roul\u00e9e beaucoup plus vite que pr\u00e9vue: plus de 130 clients acquis sur les six premiers mois de commercialisation ! Nous entamons d'ailleurs une lev\u00e9e de fonds de 600 000 \u20ac.<\/div>

Quels sont tes conseils pour ceux qui souhaitent lancer leur start-up \u00e0 l\u2019issue de la formation ? <\/strong><\/div>

D\u2019un point de vue purement technique, je pense qu\u2019il est extr\u00eamement important d\u2019avoir a minima deux d\u00e9veloppeurs dans la soci\u00e9t\u00e9. Avoir quelqu\u2019un avec qui discuter de l\u2019architecture, de la meilleure fa\u00e7on de coder une partie de l\u2019outil ou simplement pour donner un coup de main sur un bug quand, apr\u00e8s 14h de code, vos yeux commencent \u00e0 piquer.

<\/div>
Plus largement, l'important est de s\u2019associer avec des personnes qui ont de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience (tr\u00e8s peu de \u201cpremi\u00e8res bo\u00eetes\u201d fonctionnent, la premi\u00e8re start-up \u00e9tant celle sur laquelle on fait en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral toutes les erreurs). Au-del\u00e0 d\u2019une personne d\u2019exp\u00e9rience, il faut trouver un partenaire compl\u00e9mentaire. C\u2019est vraiment la recette du succ\u00e8s pour moi.
