Qu\u2019est ce qui t\u2019a conduit \u00e0 faire Le Wagon \u00e0 Nantes ?

J\u2019\u00e9tais dans une p\u00e9riode de ma vie un peu compliqu\u00e9e, j\u2019\u00e9tais pleine de doutes. J\u2019avais d\u00e9j\u00e0 un master en communication digitale mais aucune r\u00e9elle motivation ni envie de commencer ma carri\u00e8re dans un domaine aussi flou. J\u2019avais le sentiment qu\u2019il manquait une corde \u00e0 mon arc pour me diff\u00e9rencier sur un march\u00e9 du travail satur\u00e9 de profils comme le mien. J\u2019ai toujours gard\u00e9 au fond de moi cette envie d\u2019apprendre \u00e0 coder mais je n\u2019ai jamais os\u00e9 me lancer, s\u00fbrement parce qu\u2019en tant que fille, on ne m\u2019a jamais pouss\u00e9e vers les m\u00e9tiers techniques, et je me suis certainement moi-m\u00eame auto-sabot\u00e9e en me conformant \u00e0 des clich\u00e9s.
Clarisse Faure dans ses nouveaux locaux <\/figcaption><\/figure><\/a>Je suis tomb\u00e9e par hasard sur un reportage sur une \u00e9cole d\u2019informatique et j\u2019ai eu un d\u00e9clic. Toutes ces suites de lettres sur un \u00e9cran noir m\u2019ont illumin\u00e9e. J\u2019ai toujours aim\u00e9 bidouiller du code HTML et cr\u00e9er des petits sites quand j\u2019\u00e9tais jeune. J\u2019ai fait des recherches et en quelques clics je suis tomb\u00e9e sur le site du Wagon. C\u2019\u00e9tait d\u00e9cid\u00e9, je me suis install\u00e9e \u00e0 Nantes, j\u2019ai rencontr\u00e9 la team et avant m\u00eame de comprendre ce qui se passait, j\u2019\u00e9tais en train de compl\u00e9ter la track Ruby sur Codeacademy en vue d\u2019int\u00e9grer le batch 107 de Nantes.<\/div>

Et apr\u00e8s Le Wagon tu as fait quoi ?<\/strong><\/div>

J\u2019ai fait quelques petits projets en freelance avec Guillaume un prof du Wagon, histoire de me faire la main en front-end, qui m\u2019int\u00e9ressait particuli\u00e8rement. J\u2019ai beaucoup appris, mais j\u2019ai tr\u00e8s rapidement \u00e9t\u00e9 frustr\u00e9e de ne pas avoir la main sur le maquettage et la recherche utilisateur en amont.

Je trouvais \u00e7a dommage de coder une maquette qui ne me semblait pas optimale en termes d\u2019utilisabilit\u00e9. Je me suis rendue compte qu\u2019il y avait une nouvelle dimension \u00e0 explorer, et surtout un nouveau challenge : l\u2019UX design. <\/blockquote>

Aujourd\u2019hui je travaille en tant qu\u2019UX designer dans une jeune startup parisienne \u00e0 Station F : Garantme. Il s\u2019agit d\u2019une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 qui propose de se porter garant pour les futurs locataires qui n\u2019ont pas de garant physique et donc de grandes difficult\u00e9s \u00e0 trouver un appartement en France.<\/div>
Beaucoup de challenges pour 2019, dont la migration et la nouvelle version du site internet, d\u2019o\u00f9 la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de tout optimiser en termes d\u2019UX et d\u2019UI.

Effectivement, il y avait pas mal de concurrence pour le poste. Au total, 2 entretiens et un test technique sur la refonte d\u2019une page du site. Je me suis donn\u00e9e \u00e0 fond et \u00e7a a fonctionn\u00e9 (un des co-fondateurs de la startup est lui aussi un ancien alumni du Wagon, \u00e7a a tr\u00e8s certainement aid\u00e9 ;) )<\/div>

Tu peux nous d\u00e9crire tes missions dans ce boulot et comment l\u2019apprentissage du Wagon t\u2019aide au quotidien ?<\/strong><\/div>

Mes missions sont tr\u00e8s vari\u00e9es, je suis en charge de l\u2019UX (recherche, analytics, tests utilisateurs\u2026), l\u2019UI (maquettage et prototypage) puis proposition des livrables pour les d\u00e9veloppeurs. Ma mission ultime c\u2019est d\u2019am\u00e9liorer l\u2019exp\u00e9rience utilisateur sur notre interface, pour faire simple : la rendre intuitive et agr\u00e9able.<\/div>

Je fais toujours un peu de code et j\u2019ai d\u2019autres missions transverses. Je travaille au sein d\u2019une petite \u00e9quipe tech (6 d\u00e9veloppeurs et un Product Manager). Je bosse main dans la main avec les d\u00e9veloppeurs. Sans le Wagon, je n\u2019aurais jamais eu le bagage n\u00e9cessaire pour collaborer de cette mani\u00e8re avec eux. Je comprends leur langage et c\u2019est d\u00e9finitivement un atout, on est tous sur la m\u00eame longueur d\u2019ondes, ce qui permet d\u2019obtenir un produit final optimal.<\/div>

Le Wagon m\u2019a permis de trouver un emploi dont je ne soup\u00e7onnais m\u00eame pas l\u2019existence il y a \u00e0 peine un an.
