Pourquoi participer \u00e0 un bootcamp du Wagon Lille ? <\/strong><\/h3>

Cela faisait quelques ann\u00e9es que l\u2019univers de la tech et l\u2019agilit\u00e9 \u00e9taient des sujets qui m\u2019int\u00e9ressaient. En poste depuis pas mal de temps en tant que Product Manager dans l\u2019univers du textile, je souhaitais changer de cap et partir dans l\u2019IT. Pour cela, je savais qu\u2019il me manquait des bases sur le fondement de toute technologie : le code.

Une fois cet \u00e9l\u00e9ment d\u00e9termin\u00e9, j\u2019ai postul\u00e9 au Wagon Lille afin de rejoindre le batch#225 pendant 9 semaines afin d\u2019acqu\u00e9rir des comp\u00e9tences techniques pour atteindre mon objectif : devenir Product Owner<\/strong> dans la partie IT d\u2019une entreprise.

Qu\u2019est ce que tu as appris pendant ces 9 semaines ? <\/strong><\/h3>
Le programme est un programme FullStack. En 9 semaines, j\u2019ai acquis de solides connaissances en back end mais aussi en front end. La p\u00e9dagogie du Wagon <\/strong>est vraiment leur meilleur atout : l\u2019immersion dans l\u2019apprentissage du code pendant 9 semaines en pr\u00e9sentiel est une donn\u00e9e importante, mais \u00e9galement la qualit\u00e9 et la p\u00e9dagogie des professeurs<\/strong> choisis, ce qui nous a permis de nous d\u00e9passer et d\u2019\u00e9tendre notre zone de confort sur un sujet complexe qui reste celui du code.

Comment s\u2019est pass\u00e9 l\u2019Apr\u00e8s Wagon ? <\/strong><\/h3>
Ayant fait le Wagon pendant l\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9, je reconnais avoir pris quelques jours OFF apr\u00e8s la formation, puis j\u2019ai encha\u00een\u00e9 en postulant \u00e0 droite \u00e0 gauche. Il \u00e9tait crucial pour moi de garder un rythme et de maintenir l\u2019\u00e9lan acquis au Wagon pour atteindre mon objectif final.

J\u2019ai tout de suite \u00e9t\u00e9 surprise de l\u2019effet que mon CV renvoyait gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la formation du Wagon. L\u2019attrait pour cette comp\u00e9tence technique<\/strong> est bien r\u00e9el. Apr\u00e8s plusieurs entretiens et seulement 3 mois plus tard, je suis devenu Product Owner dans l\u2019IT chez Decathlon.<\/strong> Mon r\u00f4le aujourd\u2019hui au sein de la team est multiple : j\u2019assure une vision coh\u00e9rente qui int\u00e8gre toutes les dimensions du produit pour proposer le plus de valeur selon le contexte donn\u00e9.

Au-del\u00e0 des lignes de codes, la formation du Wagon est tr\u00e8s compl\u00e8te car elle m\u2019a permis d\u2019appr\u00e9hender tous les ressorts de la vie d\u2019un produit et donc tous les m\u00e9tiers impliqu\u00e9s : User researcher, UX\/UI designer, back-end ou front-end developer.
