La r\u00e9volution num\u00e9rique est une grande opportunit\u00e9 pour le monde du droit : loin d\u2019\u00eatre l\u2019ennemie du juriste, la technologie lui permet de gagner en int\u00e9r\u00eat et en temps.<\/blockquote>
J\u2019ai \u00e0 chaque fois beaucoup aim\u00e9 ce que j\u2019y ai fait, sans pour autant me sentir pleinement satisfaite et pr\u00eate \u00e0 m\u2019investir pour plus longtemps.
<\/div>Pourquoi apprendre \u00e0 coder quand on est avocat ?<\/h3>
En tant qu\u2019avocat, et ce n\u2019est d\u2019ailleurs pas propre \u00e0 cette profession, on passe \u00e9norm\u00e9ment de temps \u00e0 produire, \u00e9diter et \u00e9changer des documents avec d\u2019autres personnes : on recopie des informations dans plusieurs fichiers diff\u00e9rents, on corrige et recorrige, on se perd dans les diff\u00e9rentes versions.
<\/strong>Cela m\u2019a sembl\u00e9 absurde de perdre autant de temps sur des t\u00e2ches r\u00e9p\u00e9titives, chronophages, peu int\u00e9ressantes et surtout sources d\u2019erreurs : j\u2019ai donc d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d\u2019apprendre \u00e0 coder afin de pouvoir cr\u00e9er les outils num\u00e9riques qui me permettraient de m\u2019en d\u00e9lester<\/strong>, en automatisant un maximum de documents et processus.
<\/div>Que fais-tu aujourd\u2019hui ?<\/h3>
Aujourd\u2019hui, je suis chef de projet chez Seraphin.legal<\/a>, une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de la Legal Tech, un \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me qui rassemble toutes les solutions o\u00f9 la tech est mise au service des juristes ou de l\u2019acc\u00e8s au droit.<\/strong> Nous offrons trois types de services : de la formation pour \u2018initier\u2019 les juristes aux enjeux de la transformation num\u00e9rique, du conseil pour aller un peu plus loin et les aider \u00e0 avancer dans leur transition digitale et enfin, la partie sur laquelle j\u2019interviens principalement, studio de d\u00e9veloppement d\u2019outils num\u00e9riques. <\/strong>
<\/div>Les connaissances acquises au Wagon, en code, en design et plus globalement en \"culture de projet num\u00e9rique\" me permettent d\u2019avoir une vision assez g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, ce qui est pour moi tr\u00e8s agr\u00e9able.<\/blockquote>
Les clients, professionnels du droit et juristes d\u2019entreprise, viennent nous faire part de leurs id\u00e9es et besoins et nous d\u00e9veloppons pour eux des outils num\u00e9riques sur mesure. Pas du tout ! C\u2019\u00e9tait un m\u00e9tier quasiment inconnu pour moi. Je pensais que j\u2019allais retourner dans un cabinet d\u2019avocats dans lequel j\u2019aurais pu apporter un peu de tech. Et pendant la formation au Wagon, j\u2019aimais tellement le code que j\u2019ai m\u00eame commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 imaginer que je pourrais entrer dans une bo\u00eete en tant que d\u00e9veloppeuse<\/strong>... mais le droit m\u2019a rattrap\u00e9e :)
<\/div>Qu\u2019est-ce qui t\u2019a s\u00e9duite chez Seraphin et r\u00e9ciproquement ?<\/h3>
L\u2019id\u00e9e port\u00e9e par Seraphin.legal<\/a> est celle que la r\u00e9volution num\u00e9rique est une grande opportunit\u00e9 pour le monde du droit : loin d\u2019\u00eatre l\u2019ennemie du juriste, la technologie lui permet de gagner en int\u00e9r\u00eat et en temps.<\/strong> L\u2019\u00e9quipe de Seraphin.legal<\/a> est \u00e0 l\u2019image de cette conciliation vertueuse entre droit et tech : mi-juridique mi-technique.
<\/div>Pour la premi\u00e8re fois, j\u2019ai envie de rester et de m\u2019investir dans un travail.<\/blockquote>
C\u2019est pourquoi, je pense, mon profil un peu hybride y a trouv\u00e9 \u00e9cho. En tant que chef de projet, les connaissances acquises au Wagon, en code, en design et plus globalement en \u2018culture de projet num\u00e9rique\u2019 me permettent d\u2019avoir une vision assez g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, ce qui est pour moi tr\u00e8s agr\u00e9able.<\/strong>

Celui d\u2019aujourd\u2019hui bien \u00e9videmment !
