\n Comme \u00e0 la fin de chaque session de formation, nous commencions \u00e0 peine nos semaines de projets, super excit\u00e9s de mettre en pratique tout ce que nous avons appris pendant les 24 semaines du bootcamp. \n<\/div>\n

\n Quelques jours auparavant, nous travaillions encore ensemble sur le campus, r\u00e9fl\u00e9chissant \u00e0 la structure g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de notre projet, \u00e9crivant nos premi\u00e8res lignes de code lorsque les recommandations des autorit\u00e9s locales de rester \u00e0 la maison sont sorties. Bien entendu, nous avons suivi ces instructions. Nous allions \u00e0 pr\u00e9sent travailler \u00e0 distance. \n<\/div>\n

\n Bien que nous soyons une \u00e9quipe de jeunes d\u00e9veloppeurs, je suis assez fi\u00e8re de dire que nous avons r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 coder toutes nos principales fonctionnalit\u00e9s en 3 semaines et que nous sommes heureux de pr\u00e9senter notre application web samedi prochain. J'ai tellement appris de cette exp\u00e9rience que que je souhaite la partager avec d'autres personnes. J'esp\u00e8re que vous en tirerez aussi des enseignements !\n \n \n<\/div>\n

\n Personne dans mon \u00e9quipe n'avait d'exp\u00e9rience en d\u00e9veloppement web avant le bootcamp. J'ai une formation en marketing et communication et aujourd'hui, je travaille en tant que responsable de communaut\u00e9 et carri\u00e8res au Wagon Montr\u00e9al. Jeff, l'un de mes co\u00e9quipiers a une formation en administration des affaires et travaille comme coordinateur administratif chez Lufa Farms. \n \n Quant \u00e0 Lotfi, il a suivi une formation en gestion des ventes et des \u00e9tudes en finance. Bien que nos parcours soient diff\u00e9rents, nous partageons tous la m\u00eame curiosit\u00e9 et une forte volont\u00e9 d'apprendre. Mais comment avons-nous r\u00e9ussi, m\u00eame d\u00e9butants, \u00e0 coder une application web compl\u00e8te \u00e0 distance ? \n \n \n<\/div>\n

\n D\u00e8s le d\u00e9part nous tenions \u00e0 livrer un produit de qualit\u00e9. Avec la situation de confinement, il fallait nous adapter rapidement pour continuer \u00e0 travailler ensemble dans les meilleures conditions possibles. \n Chaque jour de projet, les mardi et jeudi soirs ainsi que les samedis, nous commen\u00e7ions nos sessions par un \u00abstand up\u00bb \u00e0 la mani\u00e8re Agile. Chaque membre partageait ce qu'il a fait avant la r\u00e9union, ce qu'il a pr\u00e9vu de faire et ses blocages s\u2019il y a lieu. \n<\/div>\n

\n Je ne saurais trop insister sur le fait que la communication est plus importante que jamais dans une situation de travail \u00e0 distance. Nous nous parlions tous les jours de fa\u00e7on informel et avisions l\u2019\u00e9quipe d\u00e8s qu\u2019on avait besoin de faire des changements majeurs ou qu'on avait de nouvelles id\u00e9es de fonctionnalit\u00e9s. \n<\/div>\n

\n Et surtout, nous nous sommes encourag\u00e9s mutuellement lorsque les choses \u00e9taient difficiles en partageant des blagues de geeks de temps en temp. Le fait de s'assurer que chaque membre de l'\u00e9quipe se sente appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 pour ses efforts nous a \u00e9galement tous remont\u00e9 le moral. \n<\/div>\n

Tout le monde restait au courant de ce qui se passait bien avant nos \u201c \n Stand Up<\/em>\u201d . \n<\/div>\n

\n Nous avons pass\u00e9 de bons moments en \u00e9quipe, m\u00eame lorsque nous avions des probl\u00e8mes \u00e0 r\u00e9soudre, car c'est l\u00e0 que nous avons le plus appris. \n Je pense que la distanciation sociale nous a oblig\u00e9e \u00e0 faire plus d'efforts pour nous assurer que tout le monde est sur la m\u00eame longueur d\u2019ondes. Nous nous assurions d\u2019user intelligemment du temps que nous passions ensemble pendant les conf\u00e9rences t\u00e9l\u00e9phoniques et nous concentrions sur les diff\u00e9rentes mani\u00e8res de nous entraider au mieux.\n<\/div>\n

\n Je suis consciente que ce n\u2019est pas facile pour beaucoup de gens, mais je suis s\u00fbre que je vais appliquer certaines de ces pratiques dans ma vie quotidienne dor\u00e9navant, m\u00eame apr\u00e8s la crise. Je ne sais pas ce que l'avenir nous r\u00e9serve mais je suis s\u00fbre que nous aurons les bonnes comp\u00e9tences pour nous y adapter rapidement \u00e0 nouveau.\n<\/div>\n
