1. Peux-tu nous raconter ton parcours ? Qu'est-ce qui t'a motiv\u00e9 \u00e0 apprendre \u00e0 coder ? <\/h3>

Apr\u00e8s un Master \u00e0 KEDGE BS Marseille (\u00e9cole de commerce), j\u2019ai occup\u00e9 un poste de Middle Office Analyst au sein d\u2019une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de gestion d\u2019actifs (Finance de March\u00e9). Apr\u00e8s deux ann\u00e9es de travail dans ce domaine, je me suis rapidement rendue compte que je souhaitais int\u00e9grer une industrie o\u00f9 l'innovation est au coeur de sa strat\u00e9gie... Et quoi de mieux que l'industrie de la Tech ?<\/em><\/strong>
Ainsi, j\u2019ai rejoint le Wagon Marseille avec la volont\u00e9 de m\u2019initier au d\u00e9veloppement Web. Apprendre \u00e0 coder \u00e9tait alors pour moi une mani\u00e8re d\u2019acqu\u00e9rir de nouvelles comp\u00e9tences, plus techniques, mais aussi une culture g\u00e9n\u00e9rale qui me permettrait de me reconvertir vers les m\u00e9tiers du num\u00e9rique.<\/div>

2. Comment d\u00e9crirais-tu le programme et ton exp\u00e9rience d'apprentissage au Wagon ? <\/h3>

<\/div>
Mon exp\u00e9rience au Wagon \u00e9tait intense et tr\u00e8s enrichissante. Le programme est tr\u00e8s charg\u00e9 et extr\u00eamement bien organis\u00e9. La courbe d\u2019apprentissage est exponentielle ! De plus, j\u2019ai eu la chance de rencontrer des gens extraordinaires. Tous portaient des projets de vie tr\u00e8s int\u00e9ressants. Et beaucoup avaient pour ambition de d\u00e9velopper, par la suite, leur propre entreprise. Le travail en \u00e9quipe \u00e9tait une belle mani\u00e8re de nous challenger mais aussi de s'entraider. 
Enfin, le projet de fin de Bootcamp \u00e9tait ma partie pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e ! Non seulement on devait trouver une id\u00e9e de produit Web \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper en quelques jours, mais on la pitchait aussi \u00e0 la fin de la formation devant un public d\u2019\u00e9tudiants et de professionnels de la sc\u00e8ne Tech de Marseille. 3. Quel a \u00e9t\u00e9 ton parcours apr\u00e8s le Wagon ? <\/h3>

<\/div>
Apr\u00e8s le Wagon, j\u2019ai \u00e9t\u00e9 recrut\u00e9e par une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de paiement hollandaise, o\u00f9 j\u2019ai occup\u00e9 le poste de Customer Success Manager. Ma formation au Wagon m\u2019a grandement aid\u00e9e dans cette mission car les plateformes de paiements (SaaS) s\u2019int\u00e8grent directement aux sites Web des entreprises (site de retail par exemple). Une tr\u00e8s bonne compr\u00e9hension du Web m'a ainsi don\u00e9 un v\u00e9ritable avantage pour mieux accompagner mes clients !<\/em><\/strong><\/div>

4. Que fais-tu aujourd'hui ? Peux-tu nous en dire plus sur Meli ?<\/h3>

Aujourd\u2019hui, je travaille \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper l\u2019Application Mobile Meli avec son co-fondateur Mehdi Brun. Ce projet est n\u00e9 d\u2019un constat fait lors de nos voyages<\/em><\/strong> <\/em>: bien souvent, lorsque nous partions en city trip, nous n\u2019avions pas n\u00e9cessairement le temps de tout pr\u00e9parer pour notre voyage. On r\u00e9servait bien entendu les essentiels : transports et h\u00f4tels. On avait aussi une id\u00e9e plus ou moins pr\u00e9cise de notre parcours, tout en essayant de rester flexibles et ouverts \u00e0 la d\u00e9couverte. Mais lorsque l\u2019on \u00e9tait devant certains monuments ou sites historiques, on ne savait simplement pas ce que l\u2019on regardait<\/em><\/strong>.<\/em> On devait alors v\u00e9rifier sur Maps, pour retrouver le nom du b\u00e2timent, puis googler le lieu, pour lire un texte descriptif, plus ou moins long. Des t\u00e2ches chronophages et \u00e0 r\u00e9p\u00e9tition selon le nombre de monuments visit\u00e9s. Bref cela cassait la dynamique et la spontan\u00e9it\u00e9 de la d\u00e9couverte.<\/div>

Nous avons alors d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 Meli avec l\u2019objectif d\u2019offrir aux voyageurs curieux un outil pour les aider \u00e0 explorer librement et gratuitement leurs destinations de voyage. <\/em><\/strong><\/div>
Meli permet de scanner n\u2019importe quel monument et d\u2019obtenir instantan\u00e9ment une audio description qui offre aux visiteurs une information claire et concise sur le monument. <\/em><\/strong><\/div>

Utiliser Meli c\u2019est vivre une exp\u00e9rience d'apprentissage personnalis\u00e9e, \u00e0 son rythme et selon ses propres int\u00e9r\u00eats ; pour un voyage plus authentique.<\/blockquote>

<\/div>
Pour encore plus de fluidit\u00e9 les voyageurs peuvent acheter les tickets d\u2019acc\u00e8s aux monuments directement depuis Meli. Ils gagnent du temps et \u00e9vitent les longues files d\u2019attente. Enfin, ils peuvent acc\u00e9der dans leur historique a toutes les villes et monuments qu\u2019ils ont visit\u00e9s, pour retrouver leurs plus beaux souvenirs et partager leurs exp\u00e9riences avec leurs amis et proches. Une belle fa\u00e7on d\u2019inspirer leurs futurs voyages. Aujourd\u2019hui, Meli est disponible sur Android et iOS<\/a> et offre jusqu\u2019\u00e0 10 langues.<\/div>

5. Est-ce que le fait d'avoir appris \u00e0 coder a un impact sur ton exp\u00e9rience entrepreneuriale ? <\/h3>

<\/div>
Absolument ! Tout d\u2019abord, apprendre \u00e0 coder m\u2019a aid\u00e9 \u00e0 d\u00e9mystifier le monde de la Tech. C\u2019est souvent consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme un monde complexe, il est aussi vu comme \u00e9tant un domaine d\u2019hommes. Faire partie du Wagon m\u2019a prouv\u00e9 que tout le monde peut apprendre \u00e0 coder, quelque soit le genre ou le background de la personne.<\/strong> Mon apprentissage du code en Ruby On Rails m\u2019a non seulement aid\u00e9e dans le d\u00e9veloppement du site web de Meli<\/a> qui est notre page vitrine, mais aussi de ma\u00eetriser la partie technique d\u2019un projet de d\u00e9veloppement. Ceci me permet aujourd\u2019hui d\u2019\u00eatre force de proposition sur mon application et de savoir exactement ce que je propose aux utilisateurs. C\u2019est aussi un super moyen pour continuer d\u2019innover. Je peux dire que gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ma formation en d\u00e9veloppement web, j\u2019ai acquis de v\u00e9ritables comp\u00e9tences techniques et une culture g\u00e9n\u00e9rale qui vont au-del\u00e0 du simple code.<\/div>
Avec le Wagon, j\u2019ai mis le pied \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9trier et je continue d\u2019enrichir ma culture dans l\u2019univers du num\u00e9rique et de l\u2019entrepreneuriat.<\/blockquote>
