Que faisais-tu avant de rejoindre le Wagon ? <\/h2>

Je suis ing\u00e9nieur de formation, j\u2019ai pass\u00e9 10 ans dans le secteur de l\u2019\u00e9nergie et du transport, dans des grands groupes comme Veolia, Alstom et CMA CGM. <\/div>
J\u2019ai ensuite pass\u00e9 un an dans la startup SailEazy, qui loue des voiliers en libre service via une application mobile o\u00f9 j'\u00e9tais responsable du produit digital.

Pourquoi as-tu d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d\u2019apprendre \u00e0 coder ?<\/h2>

Chez SailEazy, le d\u00e9veloppement \u00e9tait totalement sous-trait\u00e9, j\u2019\u00e9tais limit\u00e9 dans les \u00e9changes avec les d\u00e9veloppeurs pour piloter le lancement et les \u00e9volutions du produit. <\/div>

\"C\u2019est l\u00e0 que j\u2019ai r\u00e9alis\u00e9 l\u2019importance de ma\u00eetriser les bases du code pour prototyper rapidement, it\u00e9rer rapidement, piloter des devs. C\u2019est fondamental pour une boite qui fait du digital !\"<\/em><\/strong><\/blockquote>

Comment d\u00e9crirais-tu le programme et ton exp\u00e9rience d'apprentissage au Wagon ? <\/h2>

L\u2019exp\u00e9rience du Wagon \u00e9tait g\u00e9niale, on a r\u00e9ussi en 9 semaines \u00e0 apprendre toutes les bases qui nous ont permis de produire un application web de qualit\u00e9, h\u00e9bergeant des donn\u00e9es de sant\u00e9 et permettant \u00e0 des praticiens de proposer des conseils en ligne. On a pu connecter des API pour la visio-consultation, inclure des logiciels de prise de rendez-vous et cr\u00e9er une UX qui est loin d\u2019\u00eatre parfaite mais qui nous permet de tester notre march\u00e9.

Peux-tu nous en dire plus sur HOLIVIA et sur la cr\u00e9ation de la plateforme ? <\/h2>

L\u2019ambition de HOLIVIA<\/a>, c\u2019est de promouvoir les m\u00e9decines compl\u00e9mentaires<\/strong> dans le parcours de soin des patients et de faire le lien avec les m\u00e9decins g\u00e9n\u00e9ralistes. 

<\/div>
J\u2019ai eu deux grandes inspirations, la premi\u00e8re c\u2019est une inspiration personnelle: j\u2019\u00e9tais au bord du burnout il y a deux ans et j\u2019ai cr\u00e9\u00e9 mon propre parcours d\u2019accompagnement en ayant recours aux m\u00e9decines compl\u00e9mentaires avec un impact important sur mon \u00e9quilibre personnel. La deuxi\u00e8me c\u2019est une conviction que la sant\u00e9, c\u2019est bien plus que des m\u00e9dicaments, et qu\u2019il faut donner une place manquante \u00e0 la pr\u00e9vention, au soutien, \u00e0 la gestion du changement. Les m\u00e9decins qui passent 15 minutes en moyenne en consultation avec leurs patients n\u2019ont malheureusement pas le temps de g\u00e9rer ces aspects dans leur prise en charge.

Pourquoi avoir travaill\u00e9 avec des alumni du Wagon pour le d\u00e9veloppement de ton site ?<\/h2>

J\u2019ai travaill\u00e9 avec sept alumni du Wagon, dont six de ma promotion. <\/div>

Avec les comp\u00e9tences apprises au Wagon, j\u2019ai pu faire une maquette fonctionnelle du site et proposer une architecture simple de base de donn\u00e9es. Ensuite on a r\u00e9parti le d\u00e9veloppement de chacune des briques entre chaque d\u00e9veloppeur et on faisait des stand up meetings tous les matins pour faire le point. J\u2019ai pu me concentrer sur le reste du lancement de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9, le financement, le recrutement des praticiens, le marketing. Je ne sais pas comment j\u2019aurais fait sans la communaut\u00e9 du Wagon ! Et d\u2019ailleurs je vais certainement m\u2019associer avec un alumni du Wagon de ma promotion...<\/div>
