Peux-tu nous raconter ton parcours ? Qu'est-ce qui t'a donn\u00e9 envie d\u2019apprendre \u00e0 coder ? <\/h2>

J\u2019ai fait des \u00e9tudes de gestion\/commerce \u00e0 l\u2019issue desquelles j\u2019ai int\u00e9gr\u00e9 le service commercial d\u2019un grand groupe de services aux entreprises. Une part importante du travail \u00e9tait de produire des propositions commerciales pour r\u00e9pondre aux appels d\u2019offres publics et priv\u00e9s. Nous n\u2019\u00e9tions pas les plus mal lotis car l\u2019entreprise avait fait d\u00e9velopper des outils performants et bien pens\u00e9s, comme par exemple un outil de chiffrage performant et des mod\u00e8les d\u2019offres types bien faits. Mais j\u2019ai constat\u00e9 la limite des outils d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s en interne, notamment sur Excel et Word, qu\u2019il faut maintenir et faire \u00e9voluer dans le temps.

C\u2019est en discutant avec des confr\u00e8res travaillant dans d'autres soci\u00e9t\u00e9s et sur d\u2019autres secteurs d\u2019activit\u00e9 que j'ai compris que mon constat \u00e9tait globalement partag\u00e9 et que j\u2019ai pu mesurer le manque d\u2019outils sur le march\u00e9 pour aider les entreprises \u00e0 produire efficacement leurs propositions commerciales.<\/strong> C\u2019est durant ces ann\u00e9es qu\u2019a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 \u00e9merger l\u2019id\u00e9e de construire une solution SaaS d\u00e9di\u00e9e aux \u00e9quipes commerciales B2B qui r\u00e9pondent \u00e0 des appels d\u2019offres.

\u201cSmart Proposal<\/a> est une solution SaaS destin\u00e9e aux entreprises de services leur permettant de g\u00e9rer la production de leurs propositions commerciales de bout en bout : gestion des opportunit\u00e9s, outil de chiffrage et \u00e9dition automatique des offres. Les utilisateurs font des offres mieux ma\u00eetris\u00e9es, en moins de temps et avec une exp\u00e9rience utilisateur in\u00e9gal\u00e9e.\u201d <\/blockquote>

J\u2019ai cr\u00e9\u00e9 Smart Proposal<\/a> d\u00e9but 2020 avec un associ\u00e9. Nous avons constitu\u00e9 une \u00e9quipe de d\u00e9veloppeurs free-lance, dont deux d\u00e9veloppeurs qui ont suivi la formation du Wagon en m\u00eame temps que moi. Nicolas, sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 sur le back-end et Pauline sur le front-end. Le fait que nous nous soyons c\u00f4toy\u00e9s pendant deux mois au quotidien a facilit\u00e9 nos \u00e9changes et la confiance des uns envers les autres.<\/div>

Quels sont les gros projets \u00e0 venir pour Smart Proposal et ta vision pour la suite ?<\/h2>

Nous avons obtenu la bourse French Tech et nous avons int\u00e9gr\u00e9 l\u2019incubateur de la Belle de Mai qui nous accompagne pour r\u00e9ussir notre lancement. <\/div>
Le d\u00e9veloppement de la solution est termin\u00e9 depuis fin novembre. Nous avons lanc\u00e9 la phase de commercialisation et avons d\u00e9j\u00e0 enregistr\u00e9 nos premi\u00e8res commandes, ce qui confirme le besoin des entreprises de digitaliser leur processus commercial. <\/div>
