Je suis dipl\u00f4m\u00e9 de HEC Paris, cursus Entrepreneurs et du Wagon. J\u2019ai lanc\u00e9 Okarito<\/a> alors que j\u2019\u00e9tais encore \u00e9tudiant en derni\u00e8re ann\u00e9e d\u2019\u00e9cole, avec un camarade de promo passionn\u00e9 par le secteur du voyage.<\/div>

Comment es-tu venu \u00e0 cr\u00e9er Okarito ?<\/h3>
J\u2019ai toujours su que je voulais cr\u00e9er une bo\u00eete. Apr\u00e8s des stages chez Rocket Internet puis en fonds d\u2019investissements, je me sentais incapable de cr\u00e9er mon propre projet. Je me suis donc inscrit au Wagon, pour obtenir des skills techniques et me familiariser avec le management de produits web.<\/strong>  J\u2019y ai cr\u00e9\u00e9 une premi\u00e8re plateforme de r\u00e9servation de vols appel\u00e9e Halfway<\/em> qui permettait \u00e0 2 personnes dans deux villes diff\u00e9rentes de se retrouver dans une 3\u00e8me ville pour le moins cher possible.

Comment utilises-tu les comp\u00e9tences acquises au Wagon ?<\/h3>
D\u00e9j\u00e0, Okarito n\u2019aurait jamais vu le jour sans ce que j'ai appris au Wagon, puisque c\u2019est moi qui ai cod\u00e9 la premi\u00e8re version de la plateforme que nous avons mis entre les mains de nos premiers utilisateurs. Aujourd\u2019hui chez Okarito<\/a>, je manage une \u00e9quipe de 5 d\u00e9veloppeurs, 1 product manager et 1 product designer.

Je lis encore tous les jours le code des d\u00e9veloppeurs de l\u2019\u00e9quipe et suis impliqu\u00e9 sur les choix techniques structurants. Je suis responsable de la roadmap produit : comprendre les enjeux tech derri\u00e8re chaque fonctionnalit\u00e9 me permet de mieux comprendre et surmonter les \u00e9ventuelles difficult\u00e9s.<\/strong>

Nous cherchions un mouton \u00e0 5 pattes : quelqu\u2019un d\u2019analytique mais d'empathique, avec l\u2019envie de mettre les mains dans le cambouis tout en adh\u00e9rant \u00e0 notre vision \u00e0 long terme d'avoir plus d\u2019automatisations dans le voyage d\u2019affaires. Sa sensibilit\u00e9 tech \u00e9tait \u00e9galement extr\u00eamement importante : il fallait qu\u2019il.elle puisse faire remonter des suggestions de fonctionnalit\u00e9 au produit et imaginer des automatisations.
