Peux-tu te pr\u00e9senter et nous parler de ton background ?  <\/h2>
Je m\u2019appelle Rebecca Giaccone, j\u2019ai 31 ans et je suis expert-comptable m\u00e9morialiste (c'est-\u00e0-dire en cours de finalisation du m\u00e9moire pour obtenir le dipl\u00f4me d\u2019expertise comptable). J\u2019ai toujours travaill\u00e9 en cabinet d\u2019expertise-comptable et j\u2019ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de suivre la formation du Wagon Marseille en d\u00e9veloppement web (batch #496) en octobre dernier.

Pourquoi as-tu d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de faire le Wagon ? L'objectif a-t-il \u00e9t\u00e9 atteint ?<\/h2>
J\u2019ai choisi de suivre la formation du Wagon pour amorcer une r\u00e9orientation professionnelle, totale ou partielle (en capitalisant sur mon background). L\u2019objectif est atteint<\/strong> puisque j\u2019ai r\u00e9cemment rejoint une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 qui produit une solution \u00e0 destination des cabinets d'expertise-comptable \u00e0 temps partiel en tant que Product Owner gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 mes nouvelles comp\u00e9tences<\/strong>.<\/div>

Comment as-tu financ\u00e9 ta formation ? <\/h2>
J\u2019avais initialement un souci pour mon financement, puis au moment o\u00f9 j'allais tout de m\u00eame m\u2019inscrire, l'\u00e9quipe du Wagon Marseille m\u2019a fait part d\u2019une toute nouvelle aide de la R\u00e9gion SUD: le PASS SUD FORMATION. Cette aide permet de financer les formations des demandeurs d'emploi r\u00e9sidant en r\u00e9gion PACA. Le Wagon m\u2019a accompagn\u00e9 pour la constitution de mon dossier<\/strong> qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 rapidement accept\u00e9 !  Un vrai moment de bonheur pour moi

Nous avons termin\u00e9 la formation le 18 d\u00e9cembre 2020 (incluant la certification) et apr\u00e8s 10 jours de vacances, j\u2019ai mis \u00e0 jour mon CV ainsi que mon profil LinkedIn. J\u2019ai d\u2019ailleurs demand\u00e9 conseil \u00e0 l'\u00e9quipe du Wagon pour m\u2019aider \u00e0 mettre en avant mes nouvelles comp\u00e9tences. D\u00e8s janvier 2021, j\u2019ai recherch\u00e9 activement un emploi et j\u2019ai rapidement eu 3 propositions. J\u2019ai pris un peu de temps pour r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir et j\u2019ai sign\u00e9 un CDI le 25 janvier 2021. Le r\u00e9seau d\u2019alumni du Wagon est un r\u00e9el atout et sert de vrai support pour la recherche d\u2019emploi, pour des questions techniques ou autres id\u00e9es ... <\/strong>Mon processus de recrutement s\u2019est effectu\u00e9 en deux \u00e9tapes: un entretien \u00e0 distance avec le CEO de l'entreprise et un entretien \u00e0 distance avec le CTO.<\/div>

En tant que m\u00e8re de famille, un conseil \u00e0 donner pour optimiser son organisation ? <\/h2>
J\u2019ai choisi la formation du Wagon car elle est r\u00e9put\u00e9e pour \u00eatre courte et compl\u00e8te \u00e0 la fois (et c\u2019est vrai !!).<\/blockquote>

La formation est tr\u00e8s intense et il est n\u00e9cessaire de pouvoir s\u2019y plonger pleinement, donc de s\u2019organiser en amont. Ceci \u00e9tant, les horaires ne sont pas pouss\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019extr\u00eame donc largement faisables et compatibles avec une vie de maman. Dans mon cas, une partie de la formation s\u2019est d\u00e9roul\u00e9e en distanciel (confinement). Me concernant, le fait que la formation se soit d\u00e9roul\u00e9e en distanciel ne m\u2019a pas chang\u00e9 beaucoup de choses (\u00e0 part mon temps de trajet). Cependant, on a besoin d\u2019\u00eatre au calme et concentr\u00e9 pour suivre la formation, cela peut \u00eatre compliqu\u00e9 avec les enfants aux horaires o\u00f9 ils sont l\u00e0.<\/div>

Comment s\u2019est pass\u00e9e ta formation ? <\/h2>
La formation est une r\u00e9elle exp\u00e9rience professionnelle et humaine. <\/strong>\u00c9videmment, le fait qu\u2019une partie ait \u00e9t\u00e9 faite en distanciel a un peu p\u00e9nalis\u00e9 le c\u00f4t\u00e9 humain, mais tout est fait pour que \u00e7a ne nous impacte le moins possible. Les outils mis en place sont g\u00e9niaux (tables virtuelles particuli\u00e8rement, slack, zoom, ap\u00e9ros \u2026) et minimisent la perte de l\u2019aventure humaine. Apr\u00e8s il faut que les \u00e9tudiants jouent le jeu !! Sur la formation en pr\u00e9sentiel, rien \u00e0 redire<\/strong> ! Le fait que notre batch ait b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 d\u2019une formation hybride <\/strong>sur la m\u00e9thode de suivi (pr\u00e9sentiel\/distanciel) a finalement \u00e9t\u00e9 un atout <\/strong>car <\/strong>\u00e7a nous apporte une vraie exp\u00e9rience de t\u00e9l\u00e9travail<\/strong> dont on peut se servir lors de notre recherche d\u2019emploi, surtout dans le contexte actuel.<\/div>
