Peux-tu te pr\u00e9senter ?<\/h2>\r\n
Je suis Alexander Encinas. J'ai \u00e9t\u00e9 ing\u00e9nieur en m\u00e9canique pendant quatre ans et demi avant de rejoindre Le Wagon pour apprendre le d\u00e9veloppement web.<\/div>\r\n

Pendant plusieurs ann\u00e9es, je me suis int\u00e9ress\u00e9 \u00e0 l'industrie technologique et \u00e0 l'apprentissage du code, mais je n'ai jamais eu l'occasion de changer de carri\u00e8re. La crise sanitaire m'a pouss\u00e9 \u00e0 franchir le pas et \u00e0 rejoindre Le Wagon.<\/div>\r\n

Pourquoi as-tu choisi d'apprendre le d\u00e9veloppement Web avec Le Wagon ?<\/h2>\r\n
J'ai toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 fascin\u00e9 par la partie cr\u00e9ative des choses et j'aime voir les projets prendre vie. C'est pourquoi j'ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d'apprendre le d\u00e9veloppement web.<\/div>\r\n

Nous avons trouv\u00e9 int\u00e9ressant d'unir nos forces car il avait de l'exp\u00e9rience dans la gestion d'\u00e9quipes techniques, et de mon c\u00f4t\u00e9 je venais de terminer le bootcamp donc j'\u00e9tais pr\u00eat \u00e0 travailler sur des projets de d\u00e9veloppement de logiciel.<\/div>\r\n

Nous avons commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 travailler pour des clients qui avaient besoin d'aide pour cr\u00e9er des sites web, puis nous avons r\u00e9alis\u00e9 que nous pouvions cr\u00e9er notre entreprise pour aider davantage de startups. \u00c0 quoi ressemble ton quotidien en tant que CTO?<\/h2>\r\n
Mon objectif principal est de fournir une qualit\u00e9 maximale aux clients.<\/div>\r\n

En tant que CTO, je soutiens mon \u00e9quipe sur le plan technique et je l'aide \u00e0 communiquer avec les clients. Je pense qu'il est important que les d\u00e9veloppeurs travaillent directement avec les clients au lieu de se concentrer uniquement sur la programmation.<\/div>\r\n

Mon exp\u00e9rience en tant qu'ing\u00e9nieur m'a aid\u00e9 \u00e0 comprendre ce qu'il faut faire pour g\u00e9rer des personnes venant d'horizons diff\u00e9rents. J'ai occup\u00e9 de nombreux r\u00f4les et travaill\u00e9 pour diverses entreprises. J'ai ainsi appris qu'il est essentiel d'avoir l'esprit ouvert, d'\u00e9couter les gens et de se constituer un r\u00e9seau.<\/div>\r\n

C'est pourquoi j'essaie de cr\u00e9er un environnement propice \u00e0 la croissance pour que notre \u00e9quipe puisse \u00e9voluer sur le plan professionnel et personnel, tout en encourageant le partage des connaissances au sein de l'entreprise.<\/div>\r\n

En travaillant sur des projets web, j'ai r\u00e9alis\u00e9 l'importance du travail d'\u00e9quipe et ce qu'il faut faire pour que la collaboration fonctionne. Avec mon \u00e9quipe, nous avions deux r\u00e9unions par jour : une r\u00e9union de planification le matin et une autre \u00e0 la fin de la journ\u00e9e pour revoir les points de blocage. Cela nous a aid\u00e9 \u00e0 hi\u00e9rarchiser les t\u00e2ches et \u00e0 rester concentr\u00e9s.<\/div>\r\n

J'ai \u00e9galement d\u00e9couvert que ce que j'aime, c'est g\u00e9rer une \u00e9quipe et soutenir les autres dans leur travail.<\/div>\r\n
