Que faisais-tu avant de faire la formation du Wagon ? <\/h2>

\u00c0 la base, j\u2019ai une formation marketing et strat\u00e9gie. Mais apr\u00e8s mes \u00e9tudes, j\u2019ai fait pas mal de choses : j\u2019ai \u00e9t\u00e9 Account Manager, j\u2019ai \u00e9t\u00e9 Business Developer et derni\u00e8rement j\u2019\u00e9tais Responsable des Op\u00e9rations dans une startup qui proposait un service de r\u00e9servation de restaurants haut-de-gamme.

Qu'est ce qui t'a amen\u00e9 \u00e0 te former au D\u00e9veloppement Web ? <\/h2>

Je passais d\u00e9j\u00e0 beaucoup de temps \u00e0 travailler avec les D\u00e9veloppeurs pour leur remonter les retours produits et j\u2019adorais \u00e7a ! 
C\u2019est \u00e0 la suite de cette exp\u00e9rience que j\u2019ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de faire Le Wagon : c\u2019\u00e9tait la petite brique technique qui me manquait pour pouvoir vraiment me lancer dans une carri\u00e8re en Produit.

Comment s'est pass\u00e9e ta recherche d'emploi apr\u00e8s la formation ?<\/h2>

J\u2019ai eu la chance de figurer dans la Hiring Newsletter du Wagon, ce qui m\u2019a permis des rencontrer une trentaine d\u2019entreprises diff\u00e9rentes au total. 
C\u2019\u00e9tait tr\u00e8s int\u00e9ressant de comprendre comment leurs organisations Produit \u00e9taient mises en place.

Que fais-tu \u00e0 pr\u00e9sent ? <\/h2>

Aujourd\u2019hui je suis Head of Product chez Lalalab, je g\u00e8re une \u00e9quipe de 3 Product Owners, un designer UX\/UI et un QI Manager pour toute la partie \"test technique\". 
Mon r\u00f4le, c\u2019est produire une roadmap produit qui soit en phase avec la vision de Lalalab \u00e7a c\u2019est vraiment la base du m\u00e9tier, \u00e9changer avec tous les d\u00e9partements et de s\u2019assurer que les enjeux produit soient bien compris par le Product Owner, par les d\u00e9veloppeurs.

Selon toi, quel type de profil peut aspirer \u00e0 \u00e9voluer dans les m\u00e9tiers du Product ?<\/h2>

Au final, chaque Head of Product a ses casquettes : il y a celles et ceux qui sont tr\u00e8s \u00e0 l\u2019aise avec la data; il y a celles et ceux qui sont tr\u00e8s \u00e0 l\u2019aise pour communiquer des enjeux produit; ou encore celles et ceux qui sont fans des outils de productivit\u00e9. 
On peut dire que, finalement, chaque background peut \u00eatre valoris\u00e9 pour apporter de la valeur \u00e0 une \u00e9quipe Produit.

Que conseillerais-tu \u00e0 celles.ceux qui veulent rejoindre le Wagon pour faire une carri\u00e8re dans le Produit ? <\/h2>

Un conseil que je pourrais donner quand on suit la formation du Wagon, c\u2019est de traiter tous les sujets comme s'il s'agissait de vrais sujets, c\u2019est \u00e0 dire lire les specs, travailler en \u00e9quipe comme si on avait une vraie \u00e9quipe, mettre en place des rituels, ses process et maintenir une bonne communication. 
Mon autre conseil serait de valoriser toutes les exp\u00e9riences pass\u00e9es quelles qu\u2019elles soient : les profils Products sont multiples, et heureusement les produits aussi ! Il est donc important de trouver le bon mix entre ses comp\u00e9tences et surtout avoir un vrai coup de coeur pour le produit qu\u2019on va d\u00e9velopper.
