Peux-tu te pr\u00e9senter et nous parler de ton parcours ?<\/h3>
Je m\u2019appelle Vincent et j\u2019ai co-fond\u00e9 parad.co<\/strong><\/a> avec mon fr\u00e8re il y a quelques mois ! Il s\u2019agit de la premi\u00e8re marketplace de mode de seconde main, partenaire des marques<\/strong>. Nous avons lanc\u00e9 l\u2019ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re ce projet en famille juste apr\u00e8s la fin du Wagon. Avant le bootcamp, j\u2019ai fait mes \u00e9tudes \u00e0 quelques m\u00e8tres \u00e0 peine du Wagon, \u00e0 l\u2019ESCP.

Pourquoi as-tu fais le Wagon ?<\/h3>
Une exp\u00e9rience professionnelle \u00e0 San Francisco m\u2019a fait r\u00e9aliser mes nombreuses lacunes sur les sujets techniques. Puis ma sp\u00e9cialisation en entrepreneuriat en fin de master m\u2019a confort\u00e9 dans la volont\u00e9 d\u2019apprendre les bases du code pour compl\u00e9ter ma formation. D\u2019abord seul, puis via le bootcamp du Wagon.

\"Mon fr\u00e8re et moi avions depuis longtemps comme souhait de lancer un projet tous les deux. Or nous avions le m\u00eame parcours acad\u00e9mique, il \u00e9tait donc n\u00e9cessaire que l\u2019un de nous apprenne les bases des sujets techniques.\"<\/blockquote>

Tu as lanc\u00e9 parad apr\u00e8s Le Wagon, comment est n\u00e9 ta start-up ?<\/h3>
Nous avons commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 imaginer parad \u00e0 la fin du bootcamp. \u00c0 ce moment-l\u00e0, nous avons pris le temps d\u2019interroger des consommatrices ou non consommatrices de seconde main ainsi que de nombreuses marques de mode. Identifier leurs probl\u00e8mes nous a permis de construire petit \u00e0 petit parad, \u00e0 la fois une solution technique et logistique pour aider les marques \u00e0 se lancer facilement en seconde main ainsi qu'un e-shop de seconde main de nos marques partenaires.

Elles m\u2019ont d\u2019abord permis de prototyper notre solution<\/strong> pour la confronter aux vendeurs, acheteurs de seconde main, aux marques ou encore aux experts du secteur pour valider notre produit.<\/div>

Nous avons ensuite opt\u00e9 pour Shopify pour d\u00e9velopper notre e-shop de seconde main. Les comp\u00e9tences acquises ont \u00e9t\u00e9 utiles pour personnaliser le site<\/strong> puisque le langage utilis\u00e9 sur Shopify est similaire \u00e0 celui enseign\u00e9 au Wagon. Cela nous aide toujours pour mettre \u00e0 jour le site en fonction des retours de nos client\u00b7es. <\/div>

Elles ont enfin \u00e9t\u00e9 utiles pour d\u00e9velopper notre solution technique et logistique<\/strong> pour que les client\u00b7es de nos marques partenaires puissent renvoyer facilement les articles qu\u2019elles ne portent plus et que ces retours s\u2019int\u00e8grent facilement \u00e0 notre Shopify.

Nous accueillons 3 nouvelles marques partenaires et lan\u00e7ons une campagne de crowdfunding avant l\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9 ! Cette campagne va nous permettre de nous aider \u00e0 lancer un nouveau service pour la rentr\u00e9e prochaine.   <\/div>

L\u2019objectif dans les prochains mois pour parad est d\u2019accueillir toujours plus de marques partenaires qui veulent jouer le jeu de la seconde main ! \u00c9galement d\u2019agrandir notre communaut\u00e9 et convaincre toutes les personnes encore r\u00e9ticentes \u00e0 la seconde main, via notre Instagram @parad.co<\/a>, notre journal sur parad.co ou encore notre podcast Paradigme<\/a>. <\/div>

\"Suivre le bootcamp du Wagon est une superbe premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape pour mettre un pied dans le code. Il faut ensuite vouloir continuer d\u2019apprendre et de s\u2019informer sur le sujet.\"<\/blockquote>

Conna\u00eetre les bases du code permet de mieux comprendre les outils no code. Ces outils sont parfois indispensables pour prototyper, d\u00e9velopper ou automatiser son produit. Pourquoi pas un jour un bootcamp du Wagon pour ma\u00eetriser tous ces nouveaux outils <\/div>
