\r\n\r\nJ\u2019ai 36 ans, papa d\u2019un petit gar\u00e7on et tout juste reconverti dans la tech.\r\n\r\nLe travail d'investigation, comprendre qu'est-ce qui se passe, pourquoi, comment \u00e7a marche ou pas, comment am\u00e9liorer, etc. C'est extr\u00eamement stimulant intellectuellement. J'aime aussi beaucoup l'aspect collaboratif, quitte \u00e0 en surprendre beaucoup, c'est un m\u00e9tier d'\u00e9change et de relation, avec le produit, mais aussi avec les autres \u00e9quipes de d\u00e9veloppeur, du design et des utilisateurs. Les journ\u00e9es sont vari\u00e9es ainsi que les probl\u00e9matiques.\r\n\r\n \r\n

\r\n\r\nJ\u2019ai trouv\u00e9 que le rythme \u00e9tait tr\u00e8s tr\u00e8s soutenu, il y a beaucoup \u00e0 apprendre, mais les profs sont bienveillants et la structure du programme<\/a> est bien faite. \"Il faut faire confiance au process\"<\/em>. Les briques s'assemblent au fur et \u00e0 mesure.\r\n\r\n\"J'ai pass\u00e9 de tr\u00e8s chouettes moments en batch et j'en garde un super souvenir<\/em>.\"\r\n\r\n \r\n

Comment s'est pass\u00e9e ta recherche d'emploi apr\u00e8s la formation ?<\/h3>\r\n<\/div>\r\n
Comme toutes les recherches d'emploi, on passe par des moments d'optimisme et de d\u00e9ceptions, qu'il faut apprendre \u00e0 g\u00e9rer. Le Wagon m'avait bien pr\u00e9par\u00e9 et accompagn\u00e9 lors du processus. Il faut \u00eatre pers\u00e9v\u00e9rant et ne pas h\u00e9siter \u00e0 postuler. Chaque entretien est formateur.\r\nJ'en ai pass\u00e9 quelques-uns avant de trouver un job, et j'ai \u00e9norm\u00e9ment postul\u00e9. Il faut aussi avoir de la chance, j'ai en eu et \u00e7a aide.<\/div>\r\n \r\n

Tu travailles chez ilek en tant que Software Engineer. Comment \u00e7a se passe?<\/h3>\r\n
\r\n\r\nJ\u2019ai eu beaucoup de chance d\u2019arriver chez ilek<\/a>. L\u2019\u00e9quipe est tr\u00e8s accueillante et les conditions de travail sont au top. Je b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie d\u2019un mentoring de ma lead qui est toujours dispo pour m\u2019accompagner. Les seniors et m\u00eame le CTO le sont \u00e9galement. J\u2019ai donc beaucoup de soutiens en cas de blocage ou de questions.\r\n\r\nL'entreprise a aussi une culture qui permet de s'int\u00e9grer tr\u00e8s facilement. Ils ont su me confier des t\u00e2ches abordables pour moi et \u00e7a \u00e9tait tr\u00e8s stimulant pour moi de contribuer rapidement.\r\n\r\n<\/div>\r\n \r\n

Quel est ton meilleur souvenir du bootcamp ?<\/h3>\r\n
\u00c9tonnamment, je pense que mes meilleurs souvenirs sont les soir\u00e9es \u00e0 rallonge \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper en peer pour le projet final.\r\nOui, ce fut super fatiguant et stressant, mais on a produit tellement en peu de temps. C\u2019\u00e9tait grisant cette p\u00e9riode o\u00f9 le r\u00e9sultat de notre travail est visible presque instantan\u00e9ment, o\u00f9 les id\u00e9es arrivent \u00e0 100 \u00e0 l'heure et on peut les ex\u00e9cuter presque tout de suite.<\/div>\r\n \r\n

Un conseil pour les d\u00e9butant(e)s en d\u00e9veloppement web ?<\/h3>\r\n
Les bases, apprenez les bases, c'est le plus important ! La vie de dev, c'est g\u00e9rer des probl\u00e8mes et la majorit\u00e9 des probl\u00e8mes sont simples. Avant de se lancer dans des formations avanc\u00e9es, il faut \u00eatre efficace, conna\u00eetre les bonnes pratiques, avoir de bons r\u00e9flexes quand on debug, \u00eatre rigoureux dans l\u2019\u00e9criture du code, lisible et compr\u00e9hensible par d'autres et apprenez \u00e0 tester !<\/div>\r\n \r\n
