\r\n\r\nApr\u00e8s une \u00e9cole de commerce<\/strong>, et un stage en tant que Product Manager \u00e0 Berlin, Ariane suit la formation D\u00e9veloppement Web<\/strong><\/a> \u00e0 Paris pour comprendre les enjeux techniques de ses d\u00e9veloppeurs.\r\n\r\n<\/div>\r\n
\r\n\r\nAu Wagon, elle rencontre Quitterie et Sami, les co-fondateurs de Skello et rejoint l\u2019\u00e9quipe en tant que d\u00e9veloppeuse pendant 1 an, avant de devenir la premi\u00e8re Product Manager de l\u2019entreprise. Six ans plus tard, Ariane est VP Produit & Project chez Skello<\/strong> et manage une \u00e9quipe de 20 personnes<\/strong>.\r\n\r\n<\/div>\r\n

Quel m\u00e9tier voulais-tu faire quand tu \u00e9tais petite ?<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n
\r\n\r\nQuand j\u2019\u00e9tais ado, je me suis int\u00e9ress\u00e9e au m\u00e9tier d'architecte. Finalement aujourd\u2019hui dans mon job actuel aussi, j\u2019aime construire des choses !\r\n\r\n<\/div>\r\n

Aujourd\u2019hui, tu es VP Product chez Skello. Quelles sont tes missions ?<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n
Je supervise le d\u00e9veloppement et la gestion du Produit. Je travaille en \u00e9troite collaboration avec Quitterie Mathelin-Moreaux (CEO & co-Founder) pour \u00e9tablir la vision et la strat\u00e9gie du Produit. Je m'assure avant tout que le Produit de Skello s'aligne sur les buts et objectifs g\u00e9n\u00e9raux de l'entreprise.<\/div>\r\n
Mes missions au quotidien sont donc :<\/div>\r\n

  • D\u00e9finir la strat\u00e9gie Produit de Skello : la vision, les objectifs long terme du \/ des produits qu'on construit, des opportunit\u00e9s de march\u00e9 et les segments de march\u00e9 cibles<\/li>\r\n \t
  • Challenger, valider et diriger la conception du produit & des diff\u00e9rentes fonctionnalit\u00e9s<\/li>\r\n \t
