Dans le cadre de ces responsabilit\u00e9s, j\u2019ai \u00e9t\u00e9 fr\u00e9quemment expos\u00e9 \u00e0 des probl\u00e9matiques Data, et c\u2019est cette partie qui me passionnait le plus dans mon travail. C\u2019est pour me rapprocher de ce monde merveilleux de la donn\u00e9e que j\u2019ai rejoint JobTeaser, en tant que Head of Data ! \u00c0 l\u2019\u00e9poque, l\u2019\u00e9quipe sous ma responsabilit\u00e9 \u00e9tait encore petite, constitu\u00e9e de 3 personnes (deux Data analysts et 1 Data scientist), et l\u2019objectif \u00e9tait de d\u00e9velopper le p\u00f4le pour accompagner JobTeaser dans un contexte de forte croissance.<\/blockquote>\r\n\u200d\r\nComment est structur\u00e9e l\u2019\u00e9quipe Data chez JobTeaser ?<\/h2>\r\nL\u2019\u00e9quipe Data est une \u00e9quipe centrale : les Data analysts et Data scientists sont sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s sur des p\u00e9rim\u00e8tres m\u00e9tier mais ils ne sont pas distribu\u00e9s dans les \u00e9quipes.\r\n\r\nNotre organisation est calqu\u00e9e sur l\u2019organisation Produit\/Tech, avec un management partag\u00e9 :\r\n

- Je suis en charge des \u00e9quipes de Data analysts et Data scientists\r\n(rattach\u00e9 au d\u00e9partement Produit)<\/strong><\/li>\r\n \t
- Les Data engineers ont un manager rattach\u00e9 au d\u00e9partement Tech<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\nL\u2019\u00e9quipe est compos\u00e9e de 13 personnes aujourd\u2019hui, et nous avons 3 recrutements en cours :\r\n

- 1 Product Manager Data, en charge de structurer notre vision et notre\r\nroadmap autour des probl\u00e9matiques de BI et de Data engineering<\/strong><\/li>\r\n \t
- 5 Data analysts (dont 1 stagiaire, 1 apprenti et 1 werkstudent)\r\nmanag\u00e9s par \u00a01 lead<\/strong><\/li>\r\n \t
- 3 Data scientists (dont 1 stagiaire) manag\u00e9s par 1 lead<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n
Quels sont les grands enjeux actuels de la team Data ?<\/h2>\r\nCe que nous cherchons \u00e0 faire en priorit\u00e9 en ce moment, c\u2019est de lib\u00e9rer au maximum les Data analysts de la charge au quotidien et du temps qu\u2019ils passent \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 des demandes \u00e0 faible valeur ajout\u00e9e des \u00e9quipes m\u00e9tiers. L\u2019objectif est que les Data analysts puissent se concentrer sur la production d\u2019analyses et d\u2019insights - ce pour quoi ils ont choisi de faire ce m\u00e9tier !\r\n
\"Pour cela, notre conviction est qu\u2019il faut autonomiser au maximum les \u00e9quipes m\u00e9tier avec la donn\u00e9e, en facilitant l\u2019acc\u00e8s et l\u2019usage.\"<\/blockquote>\r\nUn autre enjeu majeur est celui du d\u00e9veloppement de JobTeaser sur le march\u00e9 allemand, qui nous oblige \u00e0 adopter une approche B2C tr\u00e8s diff\u00e9rente de celle adopt\u00e9e jusqu\u2019ici sur le march\u00e9 fran\u00e7ais - o\u00f9 90% de nos acquisitions d\u2019\u00e9tudiants se font via nos \u00e9coles partenaires. Cela am\u00e8ne des chantiers importants \u00e0 la fois sur le plan de l\u2019ingestion des donn\u00e9es (donn\u00e9es des outils marketing), de la structuration des donn\u00e9es et du type d'analyse
