\r\n\r\nD\u00e8s l\u2019\u00e2ge de 14 ans, j\u2019ai commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 vendre des sites Wordpress que je bricolais en autodidacte. Jusqu\u2019alors, apprendre \u00e0 coder n\u2019\u00e9tait pas forc\u00e9ment une priorit\u00e9.\r\n\r\n<\/div>\r\n
\r\n\r\nC\u2019est lors d\u2019un stage dans l\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9rateur de startup fond\u00e9 par Sigfox que j\u2019ai compris la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de ma\u00eetriser le code car je perdais trop de temps \u00e0 expliquer ce que je voulais faire aux d\u00e9veloppeurs. Le semestre suivant pass\u00e9 \u00e0 San Francisco, plong\u00e9 dans l\u2019univers de la tech et de la Silicon Valley, n\u2019a fait que me conforter dans cette id\u00e9e et j\u2019ai candidat\u00e9 au Le Wagon Bordeaux d\u00e8s mon retour.\r\n\r\n<\/div>\r\n

As-tu eu des inqui\u00e9tudes avant de rejoindre le bootcamp ?<\/h3>\r\n
\r\n\r\nAucune inqui\u00e9tude particuli\u00e8re \u00e0 ce niveau-l\u00e0 ! Quelques personnes m\u2019avaient d\u00e9j\u00e0 recommand\u00e9 Le Wagon, dont mon ancien boss de l\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9rateur de startup de Sigfox.\r\n\r\n<\/div>\r\n
\r\n\r\nLe co\u00fbt aurait pu \u00eatre un frein, mais je savais que c\u2019\u00e9tait le meilleur moyen pour moi de franchir les \u00e9tapes vers une plus grande autonomie et que je ne regretterais pas cet investissement.\r\n\r\n<\/div>\r\n

Quelles \u00e9taient tes motivations principales pendant le programme full stack ?<\/h3>\r\n

\r\n\r\nConscient de devoir repartir de \u201cz\u00e9ro\u201d, avec le challenge que cela peut repr\u00e9senter, je savais que c\u2019\u00e9tait LE bon choix pour arriver \u00e0 mes objectifs. Les m\u00e9thodes et la p\u00e9dagogie mises en place n\u2019ont fait que me r\u00e9conforter dans ce dernier.\r\n\r\n<\/div>\r\n
\r\n\r\n\u00catre chaque jour en bin\u00f4me avec une personne diff\u00e9rente, avec un parcours totalement diff\u00e9rent du sien tout en partageant les m\u00eames ambitions te donne un raison de plus de venir tous les matins avec le sourire.\r\n\r\n<\/div>\r\n
\r\n\r\nSuivre le programme Full Stack du Wagon est un choix et non pas une obligation. C\u2019est \u00e9galement accepter de sortir de sa zone de confort et plonger dans un nouveau monde ou chaque jour apporte son lot de d\u00e9fis complexes \u00e0 relever. La progression se veut de plus en plus rapide et intensive tout au long des neuf semaines.\r\n\r\n<\/div>\r\n

\r\n\r\nJ'ai renou\u00e9 avec l'envie d'apprendre ! Le rythme intense de la formation m\u2019a donn\u00e9 une soif continue d\u2019en d\u00e9couvrir toujours plus. Je n\u2019ai jamais connu cela auparavant et je cherche d\u00e9sormais \u00e0 me replonger dans ce type de situation le plus souvent possible !\r\n\r\n<\/div>\r\n
\r\n\r\nJ\u2019ai aussi d\u00e9couvert une promotion constitu\u00e9e de profils tr\u00e8s divers. C\u2019\u00e9tait une premi\u00e8re pour moi qui n\u2019avait jusque l\u00e0 \u00e9volu\u00e9 qu\u2019avec des gens de mon \u00e2ge. \r\n\r\nCela faisait un moment que je souhaitais rejoindre\u00a0eFounders<\/a>. Ils ont \u00e0 leur actif plusieurs beaux produits (Mailjet, Mention, AirCall ou encore Front) et c\u2019est \u00e0 l\u2019occasion du processus de recrutement que j\u2019ai d\u00e9couvert\u00a0Spendesk<\/a>.\r\n\r\n<\/div>\r\n
\r\n\r\nSpendesk est une solution pour simplifier les paiements par cartes dans les entreprises. Nous sommes une startup Fintech, exclusivement destin\u00e9e aux entreprises, avec un business model SaaS (Software As A Service) ax\u00e9 autour d\u2019un abonnement mensuel bas\u00e9 sur le nombre d\u2019utilisateurs.\r\n\r\n<\/div>\r\n
\r\n\r\nDe mon c\u00f4t\u00e9, j\u2019ai un r\u00f4le r\u00e9ellement polyvalent, entre les Sales et le Marketing. Mes missions au quotidien sont divis\u00e9es entre la Lead Generation (trouver de nouvelles cibles) et l\u2019am\u00e9lioration des process. Le code me permet d'automatiser le plus de t\u00e2ches possible.\r\n\r\n<\/div>\r\n
\r\n\r\n\u00c0 titre d\u2019exemple, j\u2019ai mis en place des scrapers qui naviguent sur Linkedin afin de trouver et d\u2019isoler des profils particuliers. Apr\u00e8s avoir extrait les donn\u00e9es, elles sont envoy\u00e9es \u00e0 diverses API qui nous permettent de qualifier les profils (position dans l\u2019entreprise, adresse mail, num\u00e9ro de t\u00e9l\u00e9phone). Toutes les informations sont ensuite ajout\u00e9es dans notre CRM et mises \u00e0 disposition des Sales.\r\n\r\n<\/div>\r\n
\r\n\r\nLe code est pr\u00e9sent quotidiennement et \u00e0 tous les niveaux dans mon m\u00e9tier. Sans Le Wagon je ne conna\u00eetrais pas et ne pourrais pas utiliser la magie des API qui me font gagner \u00e9norm\u00e9ment de temps. Avec mes nouvelles comp\u00e9tences, je m\u2019amuse \u00e0 rendre les choses plus simples pour augmenter nos ventes et nous faire conna\u00eetre !\r\n\r\n<\/div>\r\n

En quoi apprendre \u00e0 coder est d\u00e9sormais n\u00e9cessaire pour les profils int\u00e9ress\u00e9s par l\u2019entrepreneuriat, le marketing ou le growth hacking ?<\/h3>\r\n
\r\n\r\n\u00c0 mon sens, le code est d\u00e9sormais une langue comme une autre. La question d'apprendre l'anglais se posait encore il y a 10 ans, aujourd'hui les enfants l'apprennent d\u00e8s le CP. Le code ouvre des portes et donne un avantage certain par rapport aux personnes qui ne poss\u00e8dent pas encore cette comp\u00e9tence.\r\n\r\n<\/div>\r\n
\r\n\r\nSavoir coder permet d\u2019agir au coeur m\u00eame du produit, mais aussi d\u2019avoir une approche plus globale pour faire face aux challenges quotidiens de la vie en startup. De nombreux entrepreneurs cherchent \u00e0 s\u2019associer avec un d\u00e9veloppeur pour lancer un projet. En apprenant \u00e0 coder, ils pourraient avoir une premi\u00e8re version de leur produit qui les aiderait \u00e0 convaincre un associ\u00e9 de les rejoindre.\r\n\r\n<\/div>\r\n
\r\n\r\nDans mon domaine, le Growth Hacking, savoir coder est indispensable. Je suis enti\u00e8rement autonome dans mes missions, je n\u2019ai pas besoin de faire appel \u00e0 un d\u00e9veloppeur pour r\u00e9aliser une Landing Page ou un script. Cela me permet de mener des projets beaucoup plus pouss\u00e9s, car j'arrive \u00e0 collaborer de mani\u00e8re fluide avec des d\u00e9veloppeurs qui peuvent me conseiller et\/ou m\u2019aider \u00e0 complexifier mes exp\u00e9rimentations.\r\n\r\n<\/div>\r\n
\r\n\r\nLe code est une clef de compr\u00e9hension pour tous les m\u00e9tiers du web (design, marketing \u2026). C\u2019est aussi une source d\u2019autonomie et d\u2019ind\u00e9pendance\u2026 et donc de libert\u00e9 !\r\n\r\n<\/div>\r\n

Recommanderais-tu de faire Le Wagon ?<\/h3>\r\n
\r\n\r\nJe ne connais pas d'autre bootcamp en Europe d\u2019une telle qualit\u00e9. Choisir Le Wagon c\u2019\u00e9tait pour moi la promesse de devenir d\u00e9veloppeur en 9 semaines. Pari tenu !\r\n\r\n<\/div>\r\n
\r\n\r\nRejoindre Le Wagon c\u2019est aussi rejoindre une Communaut\u00e9 de 1700 alumni, connect\u00e9s dans le monde. Lors d\u2019un trip en Europe, il me suffit de me connecter sur Slack pour trouver quelqu\u2019un avec qui partager une bonne bi\u00e8re.\r\n\r\n<\/div>\r\n
