Salut Hugo, peux tu te pr\u00e9senter bri\u00e8vement ?<\/h2>\r\nBonjour, je m'appelle Hugo et j'ai 25 ans. Je suis Product Manager associ\u00e9 chez TravelPerk, une start-up sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans les voyages d'affaires, bas\u00e9e \u00e0 Barcelone. \u00c0 ce poste, je m'efforce de simplifier le monde des voyages d'affaires pour nos clients en rendant la gestion de leurs r\u00e9servations plus facile et moins ch\u00e8re. Je travaille chez TravelPerk depuis trois ans et demi. J'ai commenc\u00e9 en tant que stagiaire au service client. \u00c0 l'\u00e9poque, j'\u00e9tais tr\u00e8s d\u00e9vou\u00e9 \u00e0 aider nos clients et \u00e0 trouver des solutions \u00e0 leurs probl\u00e8mes, et c'est l\u00e0 que je suis tomb\u00e9 amoureux du produit. J'ai finalement postul\u00e9 pour devenir Product Manager, et le reste appartient \u00e0 l'histoire.\r\n\r\n \r\n

Qu'est-ce qui t\u2019a pouss\u00e9 \u00e0 apprendre \u00e0 coder avec Le Wagon ?<\/h2>\r\nTravelPerk a r\u00e9cemment mis en place un programme APM (Associate Product Manager) dans lequel moi-m\u00eame et cinq autres coll\u00e8gues avons eu la chance de pouvoir d\u00e9velopper nos comp\u00e9tences dans nos postes respectifs.Nous avons appris \u00e0 coder pour d\u00e9velopper nos comp\u00e9tences et travailler de mani\u00e8re plus efficace et collaborative avec les ing\u00e9nieurs.\r\n\r\nLa principale raison pour laquelle nous avons choisi Le Wagon<\/strong><\/a> est qu\u2019il s\u2019agit du leader des bootcamps Tech, puisqu\u2019il occupe la premi\u00e8re place mondiale.\r\n\r\nEn tant que Product Manager sans formation technique, on est toujours un peu moins efficace. En apprenant \u00e0 coder avec Le Wagon, nous avons pu d\u00e9velopper nos comp\u00e9tences en ing\u00e9nierie et \u00e9largir nos horizons, ce qui nous permet maintenant de mieux comprendre les produits d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s par nos ing\u00e9nieurs.\r\n\r\n \r\n

Avais-tu d\u00e9j\u00e0 des connaissances en programmation avant de rejoindre le bootcamp ?<\/h2>\r\nJ'avais d\u00e9j\u00e0 quelques connaissances en programmation car je travaillais dans le Product depuis environ un an avant de commencer le bootcamp. Pendant cette p\u00e9riode, je travaillais en \u00e9troite collaboration avec les ing\u00e9nieurs au quotidien. Cela m'a permis de d\u00e9couvrir le domaine de l'ing\u00e9nierie logicielle.\r\n\r\nMais avant cela, je n\u2019avais pas vraiment de connaissances techniques. J'avais suivi quelques cours d\u2019initiation au code \u00e0 l'universit\u00e9, o\u00f9 j'\u00e9tudiais la gestion de la communication internationale. J'y ai suivi un cours plus technique o\u00f9 j'ai appris les bases de HTML, CSS et JavaScript, mais je n'avais jamais appris \u00e0 coder comme je l\u2019ai fait avec Le Wagon.\r\n\r\n \r\n

Qu'est-ce qui t\u2019a pouss\u00e9 \u00e0 vouloir apprendre le d\u00e9veloppement web ?<\/h2>\r\nComme je l'ai d\u00e9j\u00e0 mentionn\u00e9, mon cas est un peu particulier car mon entreprise soutient ce processus d'apprentissage. Cependant, la v\u00e9ritable impulsion est venue du travail lui-m\u00eame. Le bootcamp en d\u00e9veloppement web, ou l'apprentissage de la programmation en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, m'a vraiment ouvert les yeux sur le manque de connaissances en programmation que j'avais en tant que Product Manager.\r\n\r\nDans mon entreprise, nous travaillons en m\u00e9thode scrum, avec des r\u00e9unions quotidiennes avec nos ing\u00e9nieurs. Lors de ces r\u00e9unions, nous recevons des mises \u00e0 jour sur le travail qu\u2019ils ont fait la veille. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ces nouvelles connaissances, j'aurai une bien meilleure compr\u00e9hension du timing, des comp\u00e9tences techniques et de la terminologie g\u00e9n\u00e9rale. Cette nouvelle compr\u00e9hension me permettra de travailler plus intelligemment avec mon \u00e9quipe et de combler le foss\u00e9 qu\u2019il pouvait y avoir entre nous.\r\n\r\n \r\n

Quel moment as-tu pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9 pendant la formation ?<\/h2>\r\nLe meilleur moment du bootcamp pour moi a \u00e9t\u00e9 cet instant de \"eureka\". Depuis le d\u00e9but des cours, des exercices et des live-codes, j'ai \u00e9t\u00e9 expos\u00e9 \u00e0 du vocabulaire que j'entendais tous les jours en tant que Product Manager. Avant le bootcamp, je n'\u00e9tais pas vraiment capable de faire le lien et d'avoir une vision claire et globale. Le principal enseignement pour moi est le vocabulaire technique, maintenant les choses ont beaucoup plus de sens dans mon r\u00f4le de Product Manager.\r\n\r\n \r\n

As-tu rencontr\u00e9 des difficult\u00e9s pendant le bootcamp, et si oui, comment les as-tu surmont\u00e9es ?<\/h2>\r\nL'aspect le plus difficile pour moi a \u00e9t\u00e9 la gestion du temps, en combinant mon processus d'apprentissage avec mon travail \u00e0 temps plein.\r\n\r\nLorsque vous apprenez une nouvelle comp\u00e9tence, c'est assez complexe et vous devez y consacrer du temps pour acqu\u00e9rir des connaissances de mani\u00e8re appropri\u00e9e, ce qui n\u00e9cessite de l'\u00e9nergie. Lorsque vous codez avec vos \u201cbuddies\u201d (camarades), vous devez vous assurer de donner le meilleur de vous-m\u00eame afin de ne pas nuire \u00e0 l'exp\u00e9rience des autres.\r\n\r\nJ'ai essay\u00e9 de faire face \u00e0 cela en prenant des pauses entre mon travail et ma formation. En prenant ces pauses conscientes, j'ai constat\u00e9 que j'en tirais beaucoup plus d\u2019apprentissages. Vous devez vraiment \u00eatre concentr\u00e9 \u00e0 100% pendant le bootcamp, donc en prenant des pauses de 20 minutes, vous r\u00e9initialisez un peu votre \u00e9tat d'esprit.\r\n\r\n \r\n

Comment d\u00e9crirais-tu le bootcamp \u00e0 distance ?<\/h2>\r\nJe pense que la pand\u00e9mie a vraiment chang\u00e9 ma perception du travail et de l'apprentissage \u00e0 distance. Aujourd\u2019hui, nous sommes tellement habitu\u00e9s \u00e0 travailler \u00e0 distance que cela ne m'a pas vraiment choqu\u00e9. Pour \u00eatre honn\u00eate, je suis plut\u00f4t quelqu\u2019un qui aime la pratique, mais je dois dire que je suis agr\u00e9ablement surpris de la fa\u00e7on dont Le Wagon a r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 mettre en place ce nouveau format \u00e0 distance<\/strong><\/a>. Cela a \u00e9t\u00e9 une excellente exp\u00e9rience et je suis globalement tr\u00e8s satisfait !\r\n\r\n \r\n

Quels \u00e9taient tes projets \u00e0 la fin du bootcamp ?<\/h2>\r\nJ'ai la chance d'occuper actuellement un poste dans lequel je pr\u00e9vois de rester. Comme je l'ai mentionn\u00e9, j'ai suivi ce cours dans le but d'am\u00e9liorer mes comp\u00e9tences actuelles, que j'esp\u00e8re appliquer \u00e0 mon r\u00f4le de Product Manager. Apprendre \u00e0 coder fait vraiment de vous un Product Manager diff\u00e9rent. Je peux d\u00e9j\u00e0 voir la diff\u00e9rence dans la fa\u00e7on dont nous travaillons ensemble avec mon \u00e9quipe.\r\n\r\nCette exp\u00e9rience m'a donn\u00e9 suffisamment de confiance pour affirmer que j'ai d\u00e9sormais une formation technique, ce que je n'aurais pas pu dire avant d'avoir suivi le bootcamp.\r\n\r\n \r\n

Quel conseil donnerais-tu \u00e0 quelqu'un qui envisage de rejoindre le bootcamp \u00e0 distance ?<\/h2>\r\nUn conseil que j'aimerais partager est de \u201cvider\u201d votre emploi du temps avant de commencer le bootcamp. Vous devez vous assurer de consacrer le bon temps \u00e0 votre apprentissage et de bien \u00e9quilibrer votre travail, votre apprentissage et votre vie personnelle. Pr\u00e9parez-vous pour r\u00e9ussir, vous ne le regretterez pas !\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\n \r\n
