Peux-tu te pr\u00e9senter et nous parler de ton parcours ?<\/strong><\/h2>\r\nJ\u2019ai d\u2019abord fait carri\u00e8re dans le secteur de la sant\u00e9, au sein d\u2019un gestionnaire de structures au niveau europ\u00e9en. Je viens de rejoindre un fonds d'investissement, avec pour mission la mise en \u0153uvre d\u2019une strat\u00e9gie ambitieuse en termes d'engagements environnementaux et sociaux. L\u2019objectif est de transformer les actifs immobiliers de sant\u00e9 (EHPAD, cliniques, etc.)\u00a0 gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des investissements, afin de r\u00e9duire leur impact n\u00e9gatif externe (empreinte carbone, consommation en eau et en \u00e9nergie, production de d\u00e9chets, etc.)<\/strong>.\r\n\r\n \r\n

Quelle formation du Wagon as-tu int\u00e9gr\u00e9e, et pourquoi avoir fait ce choix ?<\/strong><\/h2>\r\nJ'ai int\u00e9gr\u00e9 le bootcamp Data Science & IA<\/a> \u00e0 temps partiel, sur le campus de Paris<\/a>. Dans mon parcours professionnel, et dans le secteur de la sant\u00e9, la data science a pris une place particuli\u00e8re. Afin d'am\u00e9liorer la synergie entre les \u00e9quipes data science et mon expertise m\u00e9tier, il me paraissait \u00e9vident de m'approprier un socle de connaissances suffisant <\/strong>pour savoir quels seraient les mod\u00e8les pr\u00e9dictifs \u00e0 produire : pr\u00e9dire la valeur future des actifs (apr\u00e8s investissement durable), par exemple.\r\n\r\n \r\n

Comment s\u2019articulaient tes journ\u00e9es autour de ce format ?<\/strong><\/h2>\r\nD\u00e9sireux de garder mon emploi, j'ai choisi le temps partiel. De fait, j'utilisais mon temps libre pour pr\u00e9parer les cours, participer aux sessions et r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir aux applications dans la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 qui m'emploie.\r\n
\u201cEn parall\u00e8le du bootcamp \u00e0 temps partiel, j'appliquais directement mes nouvelles comp\u00e9tences dans mon entreprise actuelle.\u201d<\/strong><\/blockquote>\r\n \r\n

Quel a \u00e9t\u00e9 l\u2019impact de ces nouvelles comp\u00e9tences sur ton m\u00e9tier actuel ?<\/strong><\/h2>\r\nLe monde de la data science est assez pointu, et on doit commencer par des applications simples pour convaincre le management de la plus-value. Ainsi, ce sont d'abord des mises en \u0153uvre de data visualisation sur des bases de donn\u00e9es existantes, puis la cr\u00e9ation de bases de donn\u00e9es avec du screening ou du scrapping et enfin des mod\u00e8les comme du NLP sur des bases documentaires internes, ou en open source pour commencer \u00e0 manipuler des outils d'analyse et de scenarii.\r\n
\u201cCette formation m\u2019a \u00e9galement permis de soutenir des projets de data science aupr\u00e8s de mon management pour convaincre de leur plus value et de s'y engager.\u201d<\/strong><\/blockquote>\r\n \r\n
