Ayant une forte exp\u00e9rience en mati\u00e8re de recrutement dans l\u2019industrie de la tech et une bonne compr\u00e9hension de la dynamique des ressources humaines, Manon nous a partag\u00e9s ses conseils.\u00a0<\/span>\r\n\r\n&nbsp;\r\n<h2><b>Comp\u00e9tences techniques et savoir-\u00eatre<\/b><\/h2>\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Manon souligne l\u2019 importance des comp\u00e9tences techniques et du savoir-\u00eatre pour d\u00e9crocher un premier poste dans le monde de la tech. Elle pr\u00e9cise que, bien que les comp\u00e9tences techniques soient indispensables, les entreprises accordent \u00e9galement une grande importance \u00e0 diverses qualit\u00e9s telles que la communication, le travail d'\u00e9quipe, l'esprit critique et la capacit\u00e9 d'adaptation. Manon indique<em> \"Beaucoup de facteurs peuvent \u00eatre tr\u00e8s utiles pour les postes de junior: la volont\u00e9 d'apprendre, la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 rendre compte de son travail et de ses objectifs, la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 faire preuve d'esprit critique, l'autonomie dans le travail, la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 faire preuve de r\u00e9silience\"<\/em>. Le Directeur des Technologies de son entreprise lui a \u00e9galement pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 le concept \u201cd\u2019\u2019ing\u00e9nieur bienveillant\u201d :<em>\u201dIl s'agit d'honn\u00eatet\u00e9, de communication et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9. C'est ce qui compte quand on est d\u00e9veloppeur. C'est ce qui fait la diff\u00e9rence\"<\/em>.\u00a0<\/span>\r\n\r\n&nbsp;\r\n<h2><b>Mettre en valeur les comp\u00e9tences acquises dans ses pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes exp\u00e9riences<\/b><\/h2>\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pour les personnes changeant de carri\u00e8re et souhaitant entrer dans le domaine de la technologie, Manon souligne l'importance de s'approprier son parcours professionnel. Elle conseille aux candidats de mettre en valeur leurs diverses exp\u00e9riences et leurs comp\u00e9tences acquises au cours de celles-ci lors des entretiens. <em>\"Vos exp\u00e9riences pass\u00e9es fa\u00e7onnent votre identit\u00e9 et donnent de la profondeur \u00e0 votre candidature\"<\/em>, note-t-elle.\u00a0<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Elle ajoute \u00e9galement : <em>\"Mon opinion en tant que responsable de recrutement est qu'en tant que personne ayant chang\u00e9 de carri\u00e8re, vous avez un bagage diff\u00e9rent. D'une certaine mani\u00e8re, cela vous donne des super pouvoirs. Au d\u00e9but, vous occuperez probablement un poste de junior. Mais ce que vous avez fait dans le pass\u00e9, si vous \u00eates capable de l'utiliser \u00e0 bon escient au cours de votre carri\u00e8re, vous aidera \u00e0 \u00e9voluer plus rapidement en interne.\"<\/em><\/span>\r\n\r\n&nbsp;\r\n<h2><b>Postuler efficacement<\/b><\/h2>\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Manon sugg\u00e8re d'utiliser des plateformes comme LinkedIn pour la recherche d'emploi. Elle recommande \u00e9galement d'entrer directement en contact avec des recruteurs sur cette plateforme, en insistant sur l'importance du r\u00e9seau : <em>\"Essayez de trouver la personne responsable du recrutement.
