Leur aventure, initi\u00e9e lors du <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lewagon.com\/fr\/bordeaux\/web-development-course\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">bootcamp D\u00e9veloppement Web<\/a> du Wagon sur le campus de Bordeaux, les a amen\u00e9s \u00e0 concevoir une plateforme unique de team building, alliant la puissance du digital et les m\u00e9caniques de gamification pour mettre l\u2019engagement et le plaisir de collaborer au centre de chaque d\u00e9fi.\r\n\r\nD\u00e9couvrez comment <a href=\"https:\/\/www.feelgoodfellows.com\/fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">FeelGoodFellows<\/a> transforme aujourd\u2019hui la dynamique des \u00e9quipes \u00e0 travers des exp\u00e9riences engageantes et impactantes.\r\n<h2>Nos parcours compl\u00e9mentaires : la force derri\u00e8re FeelGoodFellows<\/h2>\r\nJe suis Alexis Filia, et avant de me lancer dans la tech, j\u2019ai travaill\u00e9 dans l\u2019industrie mini\u00e8re \u00e0 l\u2019international au sein d\u2019Imerys, une entreprise de grande envergure. Bien que je n\u2019aie pas de formation technique \u00e0 l\u2019origine, j\u2019ai \u00e9t\u00e9 fr\u00e9quemment confront\u00e9 \u00e0 des d\u00e9fis de coh\u00e9sion dans des \u00e9quipes dispers\u00e9es et parfois peu soud\u00e9es. Ces exp\u00e9riences m\u2019ont montr\u00e9 \u00e0 quel point un outil comme celui que nous d\u00e9veloppons aujourd\u2019hui chez FeelGoodFellows aurait \u00e9t\u00e9 utile. Cette vision, coupl\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019envie de surmonter mes propres limites, m\u2019a pouss\u00e9 \u00e0 apprendre le code pour pouvoir d\u00e9velopper mes premi\u00e8res versions de produit et tester le march\u00e9 par moi-m\u00eame dans tous mes futurs projets.\r\n\r\nTimoth\u00e9e, aussi anim\u00e9 par un esprit entrepreneurial, a lui orient\u00e9 son parcours vers l\u2019acquisition de comp\u00e9tences vari\u00e9es et strat\u00e9giques pour concr\u00e9tiser son projet de cr\u00e9ation d\u2019entreprise. Form\u00e9 en commerce et management, il a notamment enrichi son expertise en finance, strat\u00e9gie et gestion de portefeuille. En tant qu\u2019ancien bras droit du CEO d\u2019Airbus Cyber, il a acquis une vision globale de la gestion d\u2019entreprise et une compr\u00e9hension approfondie des enjeux de cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9. Conscient de l\u2019importance de la coh\u00e9sion d\u2019\u00e9quipe et de la r\u00e9tention des talents dans ce secteur, Timoth\u00e9e a alors con\u00e7u des activit\u00e9s de team building originales et engageantes, organis\u00e9es sous forme de comp\u00e9titions de d\u00e9fis individuels et collectifs, qui sont aujourd\u2019hui au coeur de notre concept.\r\n\r\nNotre duo s\u2019est form\u00e9 naturellement lors de notre passage au Wagon. D\u00e8s notre projet de fin de formation, nous avons cod\u00e9 un jeu : Wikirace, une sorte de course o\u00f9 le but \u00e9tait d\u2019atteindre une page cible sur Wikipedia en naviguant de lien en lien. La bonne entente qui s\u2019est d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e entre nous pendant ce projet nous a donn\u00e9 l\u2019envie de poursuivre ensemble. En travaillant dans des grandes entreprises comme celles que nous avons connues, mais aussi dans des structures plus petites, nous avons remarqu\u00e9 un d\u00e9fi commun : la difficult\u00e9 de maintenir une coh\u00e9sion d\u2019\u00e9quipe forte et un engagement durable des collaborateurs. Organis\u00e9es sur plusieurs semaines, ces exp\u00e9riences permettent aux participants de s\u2019engager dans des challenges concrets et de passer \u00e0 l\u2019action dans le monde r\u00e9el, tout en s\u2019amusant. Ni Timoth\u00e9e ni moi n\u2019\u00e9tions d\u00e9veloppeurs avant de rejoindre cette formation, et ce parcours intensif a marqu\u00e9 un tournant d\u00e9cisif dans notre aventure entrepreneuriale. Venant du secteur minier, j\u2019ai d\u00fb appr\u00e9hender un domaine totalement nouveau : apprendre \u00e0 coder, comprendre les outils essentiels pour d\u00e9velopper notre plateforme, et surtout, adopter une d\u00e9marche m\u00e9thodique pour construire un produit technologique viable. Le Wagon m\u2019a apport\u00e9 les bases n\u00e9cessaires pour structurer notre projet et, petit \u00e0 petit, rendre concret ce qui n\u2019\u00e9tait qu\u2019une id\u00e9e au d\u00e9part.\r\n\r\nPour Timoth\u00e9e, qui avait d\u00e9j\u00e0 des notions techniques, le bootcamp a permis de raffiner ses comp\u00e9tences en d\u00e9veloppement et d\u2019approfondir sa compr\u00e9hension de la cr\u00e9ation de produit. Il a pu voir comment transformer une id\u00e9e en un prototype op\u00e9rationnel, pr\u00eat \u00e0 \u00eatre test\u00e9 par de potentiels utilisateurs.\r\n\r\nAu DemoDay, nous avons pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 un projet d\u2019\u00e9quipe qui a \u00e9t\u00e9, en quelque sorte, le pr\u00e9curseur de FeelGoodFellows. Cette exp\u00e9rience nous a non seulement permis de renforcer nos comp\u00e9tences techniques, mais elle nous a aussi d\u00e9montr\u00e9 la valeur de travailler en m\u00e9thode agile. Cet apprentissage a \u00e9t\u00e9 essentiel pour structurer et lancer notre entreprise, en nous donnant les outils pour it\u00e9rer rapidement, tester nos hypoth\u00e8ses et adapter notre solution aux retours de nos utilisateurs.\r\n<h2>Les prochaines \u00e9tapes pour FeelGoodFellows<\/h2>\r\nAujourd'hui, FeelGoodFellows a pris une envergure bien diff\u00e9rente de celle de ses d\u00e9buts, \u00e9voluant depuis le premier concept que Timoth\u00e9e avait initialement d\u00e9ploy\u00e9 dans son entreprise. Nous avons d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 et test\u00e9 de multiples formats d\u2019exp\u00e9riences \u2014 des versions courtes et longues, des d\u00e9fis en solo ou en \u00e9quipe, et m\u00eame des formats hybrides \u2014, avec le soutien de b\u00eata-testeurs comme Omnes Education \u00e0 Bordeaux et de nos premiers clients. Ces exp\u00e9rimentations nous ont permis d'affiner notre approche pour cr\u00e9er des activit\u00e9s captivantes et adapt\u00e9es aux besoins de chaque \u00e9quipe.\r\n\r\nNous avons \u00e9galement re\u00e7u une subvention du French Tech Tremplin, qui nous permet aujourd'hui d\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer le d\u00e9veloppement de nouvelles exp\u00e9riences centr\u00e9es sur des th\u00e9matiques actuelles comme la responsabilit\u00e9 sociale des entreprises (RSE) et la communication interne.
