Son discours, bien que prononc\u00e9 il y a d\u00e9j\u00e0 quelques mois, n'a rien perdu de sa pertinence. Au contraire, alors que l'IA acc\u00e9l\u00e8re la transformation de nos emplois et que les manque de diversit\u00e9 persiste dans le secteur tech, ses mots font \u00e9cho \u00e0 l'urgence d'agir.<\/span>\r\n<h2><b>La r\u00e9volution tech et IA nous concerne tous<\/b><\/h2>\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Marie-Gabrielle a ouvert son pitch avec un constat vertigineux : <\/span><b>la tech et l'IA vont transformer 9 emplois sur 10 d'ici 2032<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Au-del\u00e0 de nos outils, cette r\u00e9volution questionne nos rep\u00e8res, nos m\u00e9tiers, parfois m\u00eame notre avenir professionnel.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Face \u00e0 ce bouleversement, deux choix s'offrent \u00e0 nous : paniquer et \u201cse retirer dans une cabane au fond des bois\u201d, ou retrousser nos manches et saisir ce d\u00e9fi comme une opportunit\u00e9 pour se r\u00e9inventer.<\/span>\r\n<h2><b>Le Wagon Canada: 9 ans \u00e0 rendre la tech accessible<\/b><\/h2>\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Depuis 9 ans, la mission du Wagon Canada est claire : rendre les comp\u00e9tences tech accessibles \u00e0 toutes et \u00e0 tous.
