A sexta turma do Le Wagon em Lisboa (Batch 122) foi a que teve o maior percentual de mulheres: 40%<\/h3>\n
\n Enquanto estamos tentando entender o que trouxe at\u00e9 nossa escola tantas mulheres, pensamos em compartilhar algumas de suas hist\u00f3rias incr\u00edveis n\u00e3o apenas para celebrar o Dia Internacional da Mulher, mas tamb\u00e9m para inspirar outras mulheres que vivem momentos semelhantes e compartilham do desejo de aprender a programar. \n \n Ent\u00e3o, conhe\u00e7am as mulheres do batch 122! \n<\/div>\n

Por que aprender a programar?<\/h3>\n
\n Joana:<\/strong> Na minha opini\u00e3o, programa\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 a nova linguagem universal que ser\u00e1 usada em quase todo lugar e, em um futuro muito pr\u00f3ximo, todo mundo ter\u00e1 que usar um pouco dela no trabalho.\n \n \n<\/div>\n
\n Carly:<\/strong> Como economista, eu usava um software de an\u00e1lise estat\u00edstica que tinha sua pr\u00f3pria pseudo-linguagem e, depois de 10 anos mexendo com ele, percebi que a parte que eu mais gostava era a resolu\u00e7\u00e3o de problemas. Isso, combinado \u00e0 \"alfabetiza\u00e7\u00e3o digital\" ser\u00e1 important\u00edssimo no futuro, ent\u00e3o este era um caminho \u00f3bvio para mim.\n \n \n<\/div>\n
\n Irina:<\/strong> Eu buscava uma boa carreira que permitisse continuar aprimorando minhas abilidades diariamente e, eventualmente, me permitisse trabalhar remotamente de qualquer lugar do mundo. Eu sou uma viajante de cora\u00e7\u00e3o, e a ideia de trabalhar de qualquer lugar do mundo me d\u00e1 liberdade.\n \n \n<\/div>\n
\n Marta:<\/strong> Eu queria complementar meu perfil de neg\u00f3cios com habilidades mais tecnol\u00f3gicas, que me permitisse atacar desafios t\u00e9cnicos sem me sentir limitada. \n \n \n<\/div>\n
\n Olya:<\/strong> Eu penso que programar \u00e9 uma habilidade muito essencial para se ter \u2013 t\u00e3o importante quanto ler ou escrever \u2013 muitas solu\u00e7\u00f5es a problemas do dia-a-dia v\u00eam do mundo digital e saber programar pode empoderar qualquer pessoa para contribuir.\n \n \n<\/div>\n
\n Maura:<\/strong> Eu decidi aprender a programar por causa do tanto que nossa sociedade est\u00e1 se tornando tecnologicamente avan\u00e7ada. \n \n \n<\/div>\n
\n Mariana:<\/strong> Tantaz raz\u00f5es... \u2022 Poder contruir meus pr\u00f3prios projetos tecnol\u00f3gicos, desenvolver minhas ideias de neg\u00f3cio sem depender de ningu\u00e9m. \u2022 Ter as habilidades t\u00e9nicas que me permitam conseguir trabalhos de freelancer e me d\u00eaem a liberdade de trabalhar de qualquer lugar \u2022 Porque o mundo est\u00e1 ficando cada vez mais tecnol\u00f3gico e eu quero estar em dia com essa tend\u00eancia \u2022 Preencher meu desejo de estar constantemente aprendendo algo novo\n<\/div>\n

\n Carly:<\/strong> O setor de tecnologia pode come\u00e7ar a ser mais inclusivo mostrando \u00e0s meninas mais jovens que n\u00e3o \u00e9 s\u00f3 a Sheryl Sandberg que est\u00e1 no setor, mas que tamb\u00e9m t\u00eam mulheres incr\u00edveis em todos os tipos de posi\u00e7\u00f5es: devops, ux\/ui, javascript, product owners, etc.\n \n \n<\/div>\n
\n Marta:<\/strong> Eu acho que tudo come\u00e7a com a Educa\u00e7\u00e3o, encorajando desde cedo as mulheres a perseguir carreiras em tecnologia j\u00e1 que ainda hoje as mulheres s\u00e3o minoria nas faculdades relacionadas \u00e0 tecnologia.\n \n \n<\/div>\n

\n Irina:<\/strong> \u00c9 muito legal torturar o seu c\u00e9rebro dessa forma!!! Ter f\u00e9 que essa maquininha \u00e9 na verdade uma m\u00e1quina grande e poderosa que vai crescer e crescer ainda mais quando voc\u00ea j\u00e1 estava quase desistindo! \u00c9 desafiador, um proesso criativo, \u00e9 imensamente gratificante e prazeroso quando a gente consegue um breakthrough. E se voc\u00ea encarar o c\u00f3digo por tempo suficiente, este breakthrough vai vir. Confie no seu c\u00e9rebro, pode ser dif\u00edcil fazer ele pegar no tranco, mas uma vez que voc\u00ea consegue, j\u00e1 est\u00e1 na metade do caminho! Aprender a programar \u00e9 abra\u00e7ar seu c\u00e9rebro em toda sua plenitude de poderes. Se jogue, com certeza vai se surpreender!\n \n \n<\/div>\n
\n Marta:<\/strong> Eu estou curtindo programar pois expande os horizontes para uma nova maneira de pensar sobre produtos e me mostrou muito sobre l\u00f3gica e aprender uma nova linguagem. Preciso reconhecer que, no come\u00e7o, eu tinha medo de ser muito complicado e n\u00e3o ser muito pra mim, mas depois das semanas iniciais, comecei a me sentir mais \u00e0 vontade e percebi que com as ferramentas certas e com foco voc\u00ea realmente chega a desenvolver seus pr\u00f3prios produtos. \n \n \n<\/div>\n
\n Maura:<\/strong> No come\u00e7o do meu batch, quando vi o programa e o ritmo das aulas, e o fato de que eu n\u00e3o tinha um background t\u00e9cnico, eu realmente pensei que n\u00e3o seria capaz de reter tantas informa\u00e7\u00f5es em 9 semanas. Mas para minha surpresa, mesmo nesse ritmo intenso, consegui aprender muito nessas nove semanas e hoje sou capaz de criar um app inteiro sozinha. \u00c9 muito gratificante ver o qu\u00e3o longe eu cheguei \u2013 praticamente do zero at\u00e9 programadora j\u00fanior.\n<\/div>\n

Na minha opini\u00e3o, o melhor meio de se lan\u00e7ar no mundo da tecnologia \u00e9 escolhendo um curso intensivo com provas de sucesso de seus ex-alunos. Este curso vai te orientar sobre o que fazer para partir do zero e come\u00e7ar a desenvolver por conta pr\u00f3pria. \n \n \n<\/div>\n

Tem muitos recursos por a\u00ed, incluindo gratuitos, que podem te ensinar o b\u00e1sico e te ajudar a enter se programar \u00e9 realmente onde voc\u00ea quer investir seu tempo. Depois disso: converse com as pessoas que est\u00e3o na carreira, busque conselhos e ajuda. Pesquise suas op\u00e7\u00f5es e v\u00e1 atr\u00e1s delas!
