N\u00f3s temos uma reuni\u00e3o todas as manh\u00e3s antes de iniciar o dia, onde comunicamos ocorr\u00eancias do dia anterior que sejam relevantes para o time, sendo uma forma de acompanhar a evolu\u00e7\u00e3o das demandas. Nossa sprint \u00e9 quinzenal, ent\u00e3o a cada 15 dias temos uma reuni\u00e3o de retrospectiva e em seguida uma de planejamento para organizar as demandas da Sprint seguinte.\u00a0
\n<\/div>\n\u00a0Voc\u00ea se formou h\u00e1 menos de 6 meses, n\u00e9? Como est\u00e1 sendo esse processo para voc\u00ea?\u00a0<\/h2>\n
\u00a0T\u00e1 sendo uma \u00f3tima experi\u00eancia, quando eu terminei o Bootcamp eu foquei muito em procurar uma empresa e uma vaga que eu me identificasse de fato, afinal a gente passa a maior parte do tempo no trabalho, ent\u00e3o fazer o que realmente gosta \u00e9 importante, pelo menos pra mim \u00e9 essencial. N\u00e3o vou dizer que foi f\u00e1cil, porque o processo de procurar e fazer entrevistas \u00e9 desgastante, mas o Le Wagon te d\u00e1 um preparo muito bom pra passar por isso, s\u00f3 ter persist\u00eancia. T\u00f4 bem feliz porque eu me identifiquei bastante na programa\u00e7\u00e3o, al\u00e9m de ser uma \u00e1rea que te d\u00e1 liberdade de trabalhar de onde quiser.\u00a0
